2. Love in the air ♥

Shakira was sitting in her hotel room having a cup of coffee. After releasing the new album, she had to go on a tour, so, she left Adam there, in Los Angeles, working on his own album.  But, like a gentleman, Adam always and always called her, just to know how she is, just to say good-night before sleeping. And Adam promised to come to see her when he had even a little time-off.

Shakira stood up, and started walking in her room. On the table some new magazines were rested, and one of them in a split second catch her whole attention. She walked to it and just picked it. She saw Adam’s picture on it, but when she read the sign under the photo, she regretted reading it.

On the picture Adam hugged a girl, and the girl kissed Adam on his cheek…Opening the page she needed she saw even more pictures of him and that girl walking in LA , holding her hand. And of course all that pictures were printed with a coinciding text:

“American singer and the frontman of the well-known band Adam Levine,35, once more catches our attention with his bad behavior. This time, paparazzi caught Adam Levine walking down the streets with Victoria's Secret's model Behati Prinsloo,25, while holding hands, chatting sweetly, and kissing each other's cheeks. Adam Levine and Shakira,38 started dating last year. Shakira is currently on her 'Sun Comes Out Tour' while her boyfriend is having fun with younger chicks. We wish Shakira patience, as we will try to get more information about celebrity love trangle."

At first the Latina just read the text, definitely not understanding the context. But gradually each line she read started to be understandable to her. At last Shakira crumpled the magazine and threw it as far as possible from herself. And after that there was nothing left but to sit and cry. So she did. Why is this happening to her once again? Why her?  She has just believed in the real love, she has just believed she could be lucky…and what now?

She believed Adam. She didn’t believe that Adam could do such a thing to her. Why? Why does it hurt so much? Why did she believe Adam? She knew, she knew…She knew Adam wasn’t good to her, she knew their relationship couldn’t last long.

After the break-up with Gerard she didn’t want to love another person that much. She promised herself she wouldn’t…But Adam…Adam assured her that she would be the luckiest woman on this earth…and she did believe…she believed, knowing that she wasn’t allowed to.

At that exact moment Shakira’s phone rang. It was Adam…What the fuck? After this all he still called her? What is it? Aren’t there any magazines in LA? Did he already forgot about that Angel and decided to get Shakira back? What if he thinks, that Shakira doesn’t know about it, so he calls her. Why is he calling her? To tell the other lie? To lie and say that she missed her?

Right now she didn’t want not to see Adam neither to listen to his voice. And the phone was still ringing and ringing. She couldn’t help it anymore. She took her phone and threw it to the wall. In that exact moment the room entered her manager, who just caught the flying phone.

“What? Cheated once again? I told you this was gonna happen! Nobody can get on with ya, Shakira, believe me!”

“Why did you come here?!” –Shakira yelled, with an annoying tone, cleaning her tears.

“I wanted to tell you that we’re going to get out of here an hour later. Yet yourself ready. And calm down!”- He yelled – “People are not coming to your concert to see how you cry!” – With these words he came out of the room.

And Shakira decided to have a bath. Indeed. He was right. People are not coming to see how she cried, they want to see how she sings! And she isn’t letting her fans down. Anyways, they aren’t like Adam, cheating on her. When she got out of bath, she was calmer. She was almost done packing her bag, when her phone ringed once again. It was Adam …
