Luke: Wanna go out today? x Luke :)

Perrie smiled at the text. It was such a simple test, but it made her heart melt. Almost two years of just having flings and dates, Perrie was ready to move on from Zayn and ready to have a relationship again. When she met Luke four days ago, he was so nice and polite. He was also a singer, so he could relate to her. Zayn is also a singer. Said a stubborn voice in her head. The thought of Zayn made her heart race. Why? He broke her heart like it was nothing. Although they were friends, Perrie never imagined them to be a couple again. Luke though, made her feel happy and loved. Should she agree? It wasn't like Zayn and Perrie were dating, so why would Perrie felt guilty towards Zayn? Maybe because she was still in love with the ex-member of One Direction. There was a possibility, but Perrie rather fell in love with other boys than Zayn.

Perrie: Sure. When?

Luke: Maybe we can meet at the park?

Perrie: Sounds great! X

Perrie smiled to herself. This how easy it could go, just in four messages. Perrie made herself ready by putting some casual clothes on. Just a Levi shirt with ripped jeans and Adidas shoes. Perrie looked in the mirror, was this good enough? Could you call it a date? They were going out together. Perrie guessed it was a date then. Perrie checked her Whatsapp if she had any messages from Luke, but there was nothing. Perrie was glad to be honest- it meant that Luke still wanted to go with her. Maybe it was just a bet or a dare.... no. Luke wouldn't do that her, would he? He seemed to be shy at first but when he opened up, he was the sweetest person alive. At least that what Perrie made out of their meeting a week ago. Perrie put a coat, grabbed the keys and left to head to the park. It was sunny in London, although it was autumn now. Perrie didn't mind, of course she didn't. Sunny weather was always great. When Perrie arrived at the park, she saw Luke waiting on a bench. He was checking his phone and Perrie immediately felt guilty. Was she late? Luke looked up from his phone and smiled. He got up to his feet and hugged Perrie. Perrie was taken back by his action but hugged back. ' I glad you could come. I really appreciate it' Luke said. He meant every word. ' It was a no-brainer. I would like to get know you' Perrie said. Luke looked away and his attention went to a football field near the park. ' We can play football if you want to' He said. Perrie laughed. ' I'm not good at the game but I guess we can try' She said.

Perrie and Luke ran together to the ball. Luke being faster, he was there first.  He ran over to the goal and scored. ' Hemmings strikes a wonderful goal! 1-0 for Hemmings against Edwards!' He shouted as he threw his hands in victory. Perrie laughed at his dorky behaviour. ' That wasn't fair! You were cheating!' Perrie lied and laughed. ' C'mon Edwards, we have eighty-five minutes left' Luke winked at Perrie. Perrie frowned. ' A football game last ninety minutes in case you didn't know' Luke explained as he laughed at Perrie's face expression. Perrie felt her cheeks heat up. It wasn't like she didn't know- she completely forgot. ' Don't worry, I was joking' Luke reassured her. She nodded her head. ' I know' She said. Luke shot the ball towards Perrie, who clumsily took it. She ran forward but Luke caught it while Perrie was trying to shoot the ball. He ran forward once again and scored again. He threw his hands up in the air once again, smiling like an idiot. ' 2-0 for Hemmings, I guess Edwards needs to do something' He shouted loud enough to hear for some people around Perrie. ' Shut up!' She hissed, but failed when she tried to sound angry. Luke just laughed it off.

Luke ended up winning the game with 3-0. He constantly teased Perrie about his win, but Perrie didn't care. She had a great time and that was the thing that matters. ' Do I need to walk you home?' He asked. ' If you want to but it isn't a necessary' Perrie told Luke. Luke didn't mind, in fact, he liked walking Perrie home. It was near the park so it wasn't that long. ' Thanks Luke.' Perrie smiled as she kissed his cheek. Luke smiled nervously. ' You're welcome' Luke smiled at her. Today was a good day and not only for Perrie.
