Chapter Twenty Nine

Rose met the boys eyes. It was Harry! But this time he was wearing a beanie so his eyes were hid if he looked down! Harry smiled put his finger up to his lips to remind Rose not to say his name.

"Oh my gosh hi" Rose said a lot less excited this time.

"Hey babe" he smirked pulling Rose in for a hug! "Why are you here?" he asked.

"For college clothes" Rose replied.

"College already I thought you were in ninth grade!" he joked!

Rose playfully hit his arm "and I thought you were in middle school!" she laughed!

"I am!" he lied!

"Rose who is this?" Rose turned around to her mom standing with a couple shirts draped on her arm.

"Oh this is a guy Jace from school" Rose lied.

"Oh" she responded "well you to seem close" she smiled.

"Well we were ninth grade buddies!" Rose told her feeling so bad for lying but that was her only choice.

"Oh well what college are you attending?" she asked.

Harry gulped looking at Rose for help "he's going to California State also" Rose replied.

Harry nodded "yeah".

"Oh well that's good you'll have a friend on the first day" Rose's mom smiled.

"Yeah" Harry and Rose both responded.

"Well I'll let you talk for a couple more minutes" Rose's mom told them walking to the checkout to pay for the new clothing.

"That was close!" Rose giggled.

Harry smiled "yeah so your going to California?" he repeated.

Rose nodded "yep I'll be out of Chicago!" she laughed!

"Awesome well I might have to get a house there" he said.

"Why?"

"So you and me can hang out when you got to college" he chuckled!

Rose's jaw dropped "you would do that for me!"

"Yeah babe of course" he told her.

"Wow Harry I don't know what to say!" Rose was so excited about Harry buying his own house the possiblites they could do!

"I'll buy one close to campus as soon as you go there" he said.

Rose smiled "it will be so fun!"

"Yeah and you know I could buy a bed for both of us but maybe we should just sleep in one".

Rose looked at Harry embarssed.

"You know to save money" he smirked pretending to take his clothes off to tell Rose what he meant!

"Harry!" Rose scolded laughing! "Were in public!"

Harry looked around "oh well!"

Then Rose's mom came behind her "we better go to the next store" she told her looking at Harry Rose could tell her mom approved of his looks.

"Ok" Rose said making eye contact with Harry and waving goodbye!

"He's very cute Rose!"

"Mom your married!" Rose laughed!

"Doesn't mean I don't have taste" she told Rose!

Rose just laughed and looked back and saw Harry in Aeropostale studying a shirt he looked so focused Rose wanted to take a picture! Before she could he glanced her way and saw her he smiled and grabbed the shirt so Rose could see it! What do you think he mouthed! Rose did a thumbs up! He did too getting this one he mouthed looking at the woman who was staring at Harry wondering what he was doing!

Rose laughed so hard in her mind as she followed her mom across a different hallway leaving Harry with the awkward lady staring!
