With me, whether the glass is half empty or half full depends on the circumstances. If water was poured in, it would be half full. If water was poured out, it is half empty. People look for their other half so the glass can be filled. There are many parts that could make their cup look beautiful. They try those bits and pieces. If the glass is dumped it may get dropped and then it's empty and broken. Some of the shattered glass gets caught under skin leaving cuts and scars. It is best to pick up the pieces; the glass may take months to mend. Some need help, but don't get it in time so they bleed out and don't survive; or perhaps blood was never drawn, but the glass was never completed so the person slowly and finally suffers the end from love dehydration.
