Dr. Brandon Sparks - well hop on right here well need to do an ultrasound to find out the gender of your baby.

*after the ultrasound the doctor goes to get the results to find out your baby's gender your having twins*

Kit-Kat Winchester - I wonder if its a girl, boy or both.

Dean Winchester - I hope its twins girl and a boy who will be identical babe I love you so much Kit-Kat.

Dr. Brandon Sparks - congratulations to you both your having identical twins a girl and a boy what are you going to name them?

Kit-Kat Winchester - well ok doc um can you grab a wheelchair for me also since I am pregnant and its hard to walk around everywhere while I am carrying one or two babies in my tummy.

Dr. Brandon Sparks - of course you can wait here while I get um the wheelchair for you.
