Two: Talking?

Demi, 25 - April 20th, 2017, 2:15am.

Is been a busy day since I had an interview and photo shoots so I have to wear good so I been everywhere and I am so tired. I just want to go home and sleep in my bed with batman since I have no one with me which sound kind of bad. But one day I will have company at home maybe adopt a child or something.

 Max and I are walking down the sidewalk since I just finish my photo shoot while we were walking I saw a little girl being tackled by a man.

"HEY!" I said walking towards them and told Max to take the man off the little girl. Once Max did what I told him to do I picked the little girl up the man had ran off.

"Are you okay? Are you hurt?" I ask the little girl she look at me slightly amused. I turn her head a little to see that she got a bruise on her cheek from the man who was on top of her.

"What's your name sweetheart?" I asked her nicely and she stood there staring at me, so I chuckle softly.

"My name is Demi. Are you hungry?" When I asked her she shrugged, I was somewhat confuse as to why she hasn't talked to me but I ignored it.

I held out my hand for her but she went to the bush I was confuse as to what she is doing but she end up coming towards me with a dog and a backpack. She grabs my hand we start walking towards my car and I helped her in than buckle her in.

Once I closed the door I went to the other side than I get in and sat beside the little girl since Max drove me here so.

Skip The Drive

We are at my house it was cute how the little girl I met look at the house wide eyes

"We are home now kiddo" I said and get off she quickly take her seat belt off than quickly went to my arms with the pack back and her dog. We both went inside she had her mouth wide open and her eyes wide, it was so cute. I hope she can tell me what happen and why that man was tackling her.

"Kiddo lets get you some food, is that okay" I ask looking at her and she looked at me and nod smiling widely. Since I don't know how to cook yet I thought to get pizza for tonight so I put her down she pouted at me it was so adorable so I picked her up again and called the pizza place and order some pizza.

Once I ended the call I thought I can talk to her and make conversation

"So kiddo whats your name" I ask her since she was in my arms but she looked at me

"can you tell me what your name" I ask again and she still look at me, I sigh

"Okay how about you tell me why the man attack you" When I asked she was scared she tried tell me but nothing came out I started thinking maybe she is young

"Okay um can you tell me how old you are" I ask to see if she can tell me and she held 6 fingers somehow and I was shock how a 6 year old girl is small and skinny, that's where I connected the dots

"The man that attacked you was it....your dad" I ask her and she nods sadly I was so mad how a father should treat this to their own child.

"Well don't worry kiddo I'll do everything to protect you okay" I said smiling softly and she smile back to me and hugged me

Demi, 25. - April 20th, 2017, 5:43am.

It was late so I have to take kiddo a shower but the hard part was she didn't want to shower she was scared I did not know what to do

"Come on kiddo you need to shower" I ask nicely but she was crying and screaming not wanting to get close to me, I sigh and try to think what I can do than I had an idea

"If you want I can shower your doggy and you could go in with her" When I said that she stop crying but she sniffle instead

I nicely and gently grab the dog and place it on the bath tub, I start cleaning the dog while I was doing it she looked at me curiously.

"Want to get in the tub" I said smiling nicely when I asked she nodded slowly, I help her take her clothes off I saw some bruises and cuts, I try not to cry. I gently put her in the tub and start to bathe her and the dog.

She was playing with the bubbles since I added some for her so she doesn't get bored. She giggled for the first time I smile widely loving the sound of her giggles.

"Okay kiddo lets get you out and put you in PJ's" I said and she nodded once I get her and the cat out I dry her off than put some cream on her.

"Shit" I mutter lowly making sure she doesn't hear me realizing that I don't have some pajamas for her but maybe I'll give her my shirt to sleep with. I put her undies that maddie use to wear when she was little since she always comes over to spent the night with me.

I carried her to my room with the dog following behind us and grab a shirt that she can wear and that is comfortable for her. Once I put a shirt on her I was trying not to coo because she looks adorable in my shirt.

"Well is time to sleep kiddo" I smile and lay her down on my bed than I lay next to her with the cat beside her

"Well goodnight kiddo" I said and kiss her head softly once I kiss her head she close her eyes than slowly fall asleep. I slowly close my eyes and fall into a deep sleep hoping tomorrow be a better day.
