When the company of light left to return to their planets, Erendor and Shamara went to Sky's room to put Bloom down for the night and so the two could meet again, now Bloom is only a month old while sky was a year old already. When they first met at Bloom's introduction party they got along nicely but they were concerned on how they would get along in the future, seeing as they are promised to each other and will be growing up together. When they got into Sky's room, the young boy was still asleep in his crib,and in the corner of the room was still his old cradle from when he was an infant. They both decided previously that they would be in the same room until a new nursery was prepared for the princess. Shamara sang to Bloom an old Domino lullaby that she heard Marian sing to Bloom once and she soon fell asleep. Shamara set her down in the cradle and gave her a kiss on the forehead before going to her son and doing the same thing, wishing them both good night. Once they both left a bright light showed awaking both children, but they did not wail for they found comfort in the light, when it died down Daphne was standing there not as her old self but her cursed self, a disembodied spirit. She did not say anything to the children but she floated up to Bloom and gave her a great gift from the ethereal fairies that would be of great use to her one day. She herself didn't know what the gift was but that it would help her sister bring back Domino. Then she turned to Sky, she had a gift for him as well, a gift of strength in his greatest need to protect his soulmate, Bloom, but only when she needed him most. With that she went away and the two fell asleep again knowing they would be safe.
In the king and queen's room, the two were silently grieving their lost friends and the lost kingdom. But they were joyous that Bloom was safe and would be as long as they could protect her. But they were also nervous on how the two would get along with each other in the future. If they grew up and played with each other as kids, they would only see each other as friends and never romantically, for their future as husband and wife. That might cause a rift in their relationship and might not want to fulfill the promise made. They only hoped that Blooms time on Earth would prove worthy as they wouldn't spend their whole lives together.
*The next day*
When morning came and Shamara was not awoken by one of the maids looking after Sky and Bloom so she could comfort them if the maids were not enough. So as soon as she was changed she went to Sky's nursery. When she came in she was surprised to not see Sky crying like he normally did but watching Bloom nurse on a bottle happily, making no fuse of getting little attention. She had high hopes that this would keep up over the years.

Shamara's and Erendors high hopes were crushed when the two turned six and seven. Over the school year the two separated and lost their "bond" they each made new friends at school their different schools, and they both still had their royal/fairy schooling. Along that they found out they had to get married to their best friend out of contract and could not find their soul mates. (Not knowing that they are soul mates)
