BEEP BEEP BEEP!!

My alarm rings over and over again. I turn it off and groan into my pillow.

Uhhh first day of school. After minutes of trying to convince myself that nothing bad will happen, I push the covers away from my body and get up to my bathroom.

I take a quick shower, slip on my uniform and pull my hair into a braided bun, not even caring to put makeup on.

I get out of my room and call for Maddie "MADDIE!!! Come on, we're gonna be late!".

I lied, we were about 2 hours away from when classes would start.

That's what happens when you have a 16 year old annoying yet reaally popular sister.

I was more of the unwanted sister.

Everyone absolutely loved Maddie. She was good at dancing, acting and she was the student body president.

I was more of the "loner type". Sure, I had friends, but they couldn't compare to how many Maddie had.

Just as I am about to go deeper into my thoughts, Maddie comes barging out her door.

"Tadaaaaah!!" she says.

"You look amazing Mads!" I complement her. She looked beautiful.

She straightened her hair, up until the tip where she lightly curled her hazelnut locks. She wore gold earrings and put on light makeup, she looked perfect.

"No, you do Kenz." she says smiling at me.

I honestly have no idea why Maddie loves me so much.

I mean, I'm ugly, lazy, fat, stubborn and obnoxious.

"Sooo... lets get in the car and get some McDonald's drive through on the way?" She asks.

"Yeah, sounds great." I answer. "Let me just grab my bag and I'll catch up with you in the car." I say and she nods.

I grab my bag, get in the car and she drives off. It is completely silent until I get a call.
