Hello bots and cons I'm here with the newest update for TE and I hope ya'll like it cause this one took some thinking on my part. And now before I start rambling onwards with the story!
I never new that Prowl was so...clingy...It was almost a decacycle before he allowed me to stay at the unit by myself and let me wander around the city by myself again. There was actually a party at the Enforcers HQ when Prowl basically carried me in like I was a small kitten. Barricade found it amusing to no end that Prowl even carried me to murder sights-which have grown in number with the uprising from the Kaon gladiator pits and such-when before I disappeared he would give me to one of the other Enforcers that he could trust in watching me.
I've also noticed a change in my owners partner, he seems more hostile and bad-tempered than he was before. I and Prowl are worried for him, we have basically risked each others sparks for each other, not to mention I view him as I would a litter-mate and I wish not to lose him. But every time he almost kills a suspect or breaks his datapads I can feel my concern grow.
But now onto my own 'work'
My mission is to find a way into the smuggling ring that takes kidnapped kits and younglings and sells them to the rings in the Underworld for either gladiators or as 'training dummies' or even as PRIZES for their top mechs. I feel the urge to either purge or claw someones face till not even Primus could even recognize them when I was done with them. Thankfully as a Cybercat I can get closer to the rings and their leaders better than any other agent could ever get. But ugh, I feel the urge to wash my armor so I can get the feel and the smell of them off of me. Who knew that sparkless mechs and (sometimes femmes) have a bit of a soft spot for animals. Again ugh.
I have already taken out alot of the rings that are here in Praxus, other divisions have tried to snatch me up but I think the boss likes me. I heard at one point while I was delivering a personal report to Siren(why in the Allspark is she my partner?) threatening the head of the Crystal division if he even tried to draft me into his precinct. While the rings exist in the other cities-even Iacon!-It's not as bad as it is here. True, door wingers aren't the best to fight in the ring since of the door wings on their backs are easy targets, from what I have found, a door winger mech and femme about to hit their first heat cycle can sell for so many credits that I would be as rich as the Council if I ever thought of such thing. I'm not sure what exactly makes them more valuable compared to the other frame designs and I'm not sure I want to find out exactly.
With the smaller rings out of the way I am about to hit the largest one that all my Intel points to. The one that is supposedly runned by the same mech that runs the Underground in Praxus, if I get evidence and signal the others to come it would be the biggest bust in the history of the Enforcers.
However, these rumors about his identity...they are...disconcerting to say the least...
"Are you sure about this Twilightdancer? This is going to be an awefully big risk for you to do if you do it. If the rumors are true, and he recognizes you...it will not be pleasant." The boss-Regal is his name I believe, I only call him boss or The boss-said as I discussed what my next plan was to be. I have gotten all the info I could about the ring I could in both my true form and this form, if we wanted to bust them there was only one way to do that. That doesn't mean that he does not like it.
"I am very sure sir, I can't do anything more as just a runner. The only way for me to get in close enough is during the big sale that I have been hearing and delivering info for that is gonna be happening three cycles from now is for me to be part of that sale." I could see the protest that he was going to say and held up a servo to silence him as I continued. "If I am a buyer it will have more risk for him recognizing me if the rumor is true, plus he will certainly get a harsher sentence if he is about to sell a femme Enforcer. I have been doing this mission for almost over a megacycle and it hurts my spark every time I find out another 'shipment' have made it out of our reach. So please, let me do this." Seeing that he wasn't about to convince me of otherwise he gave a defeated vent and looked down at his desk.
