You know the part of the story where Kol and Juliet got married with only a small group of people present? Well obviously her parents weren't invited which leaves Juliet with a problem.
Her mother set her up on a date with Tyler Lockwood. Yeah, that's totally not going to be awkward.
You see, her parents thought it was the perfect idea. Tyler was the mayor's son, a champion football player, not bad looking on the eye. However, they forgot to ask Juliet if she would like the idea of dating Tyler (she definitely didn't). He was the perfect candidate for their only child, their grandchildren would be smart and beautiful.
She couldn't tell her parents she was married, that fact alone would freak them out. But being married to an Original vampire, now that was another question.
Sure, Tyler was nice, ish. He is good looking, many girls would love to be in her position right now.
Unfortunately, neither Tyler nor Mrs Rodriguez were going to take no for an answer, no matter how many temper tantrums Juliet would throw.
So, Juliet is going on a date with Tyler Lockwood. Let's hope Kol doesn't find out...
