Teenage Love ~♡

Emma's pov
Today I am going to go to a party! Well a teenage party of course but I can’t wait to spend time with my best Friend . I am heading downstairs in a beautiful casual purple dress with my hair up in a ponytail.
My mum waits for me in the Living Room. „Hey honey you look beautiful“ she said as she gives me a warm hug. I thanked her while hugging back. „So is Daniel going to be there?“ my mum aks out of the blue. „No need to look like you have seen a ghost?! You did notice that you keep talking about him all the time  didn't you? Honey you know you can talk to me about everything.“ Being still a bit taken aback  by my mums words I am slowly finding my voice back.  „I know mum and I really appreciate it! I just didn't know how to adress it. I think I like him more than I should and that is confusing as I still debate on wether  I should tell him how I feel towards him or not. I just don't want to get rejected. “ My mum Looks at me with a sympathetic smile on her face. „You know darling you will never find out if you don’t tell him. And maybe he feels the same for you , don’t you under estimate yourself.“ A Smile creeps up my lips „what if he doesn't ?“ is all I can ask right now. „Then the both of you will still be best friends trust me. By the way he'd be crazy if he would not like you back. We should get going shouldn't we?“
We are heading out the door and off to London central ,where my friends are waiting for me. I am getting out of the car and walk towards the entrance as someone  shouts my name.
I am turning around and see Dan.
„ I didn’t know you would be there!“ he said while giving me a hug. Oh how  much I love his hugs.
„Yeah I am out with some friends“ I reply with a huge smile „ I think you could join us if you would  want to“ 
„ I  don't want to interfer ..-
But I already cut him off „ Don't be silly I would love it“  I take his hand,we go Inside. I see my  best friend  from preschool Rachel  and lead Dan over to her our fingers  still interlaced.
Rachel immediately starts talking, but she only got my attention when she  mentions Dans name.
„Oh how rude of me . Dan this is Rachel; Rachel this is Dan“ I say as I realized that Rachel already started flirting with him. Dan let go of my hand . I wish he would be flirting with me instead of Rachel . Totally lost in thoughts I didn’t realize Dan talking to me . „Earth to Emma“ he said while waving his hand „Do you want to get a Drink?“ said Dan with raised eyebrows. „Yes Come on“ I said while ushering hin towards the bar. We order our drinks.  As  we are waiting Dan whispered in my ear: „ You know you don’t need to be jealous“ he said while smirking . I met his gaze and my cheeks turn scarlett. We look into each others eyes. I could get lost in them for hours. I hit his arm playfully as a reply. We take our drinks and go back to Rachel. We talk, Dance and have such a great time. I tell them  that I need to head home and Daniel offers to walk me. We are walking in silence for a while as Dan takes my hand again and I couldn't be happier. We reach my door and he starts to lean in. We get closer  and closer until our lips touch. We Break apart and I get lost in his eyes again. He embraces me in a tight hug.  „I don’t want to let go“ I whisper as I snuggle Closer to him.
