This is the loadout for the teams to go into the portals:

Twighlight Forest portal team: Ciber, Kai, Enderfox, Noob, Rex, Ted, Olaf, Noob, Ender, & Qwerky

Ather portal team: James, Dan, Jackson, Joe, Big P, r2-d2, Creep, Yula, & Jake

Atum portal team: Huntsmen51, Viper, Bob, Sam, Falcon, Vick, Tick Tock, Flare, Loue, John, & Billy

These are are the teams for the first three portals but we all are going to take the eternal frost nether and end over together.
