Why do people always complain
Of the things they don't have
And never thank God or what they believe
For what they've got?
It makes me question that
The fact you have a pair of eyes
Doesn't make you see.
People who really see
Would see what they have,
Would see people around themselves
And be thankful.
They would see the beauty,
The waving sea or a desert.
They would see
The colours of different plants,
They would see what some can't.
But they don't.
I think it makes them blind.
If you don't know how to use your eyes,
What is the necessity of having them?
If you can't see what it's in front of you,
Doesn't it make you more blind than
who can't see but still more
aware of the world more than you?
