Thank you for today.
I had a full blown, enjoyable and revitalizing worship time tonight. I had even formulated, as you have inspired, several sermon prospects from the passages you lead me to read.
One of the fascinating verses I have encountered is this:
♡Hebrews 11:33-34, KJV
33 Who through faith subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions,
34 Quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong, waxed valiant in fight, turned to flight the armies of the aliens.
What I have understood from this passage is the BIG possibility of me passing and topping the board exams I needed to take. Through FAITH. Faith is all we need.
Help me have this faith, Lord. Faith like the forerunners and patriarchs of faith have set before me. Not just so I may achieve these goals for the board exams but also so that I may please you. Because as you've said in Hebrews 11:6, "if we are without faith, it would be impossible to please you." And this the MAIN GOAL I want to firmly hold on, Lord. Starting now, starting every day, until the day you give me complete rest.
Haha. Lord, ewan na sinasabi ko. Pero I know, you get what I'm trying to channel. Father, kayo na bahala sa akin. I have just poured out all my troubles to you in prayer. 18 days to go and all that fuss pero God... Ikaw na ang bahala :)
