We stand there in front of the convenient store, ready to run in. I look over at Matt and once again see the bandana he placed over his nose and gorgeous pale pink lips. I bite my lip with nervousness on how our, joking at first, plan would go. He holds the gun down to the ground as I lean in and kiss him over the bandana where his lips stay underneath. I pull away and see the wrinkles at the ends of his eyes, indicating that he’s smiling. The wrinkles disappear quickly as he nods. I nod back and we start to walk, nothing covering my face, my hair blowing off my shoulders from the slight breeze. We get closer to the door and turn our walks into a fast jog. Matt goes in first with his gun up in the air and I follow behind, yelling for the money. As the cashier pulls his gun out, Matt fires the gun and yells as the bullet shell hits the floor. Everything becomes a blur and silence fills the room, BAM! Another shot goes off following a second one but not from Matt. I look over and see him wincing in pain, slouched over with a bullet wound on the right side of his torso. I grab the gun and fire it at the cashier, hitting his shoulder. I run over to Matt grabbing him, running out to our getaway van that pulls up front with our mates sitting in it, in a panic. They open the door quickly and I shove Matt into the back. He lies there in pain, wincing and arching his back. I put pressure on the wound and George drives fast to our hotel room. Once we get there we run out and run inside. I go to the bathroom with him and clean the blood up getting it all over my hands as he sits on the sink counter. I look up at him smiling as he smiles back. I lean in a little seeing his gorgeous light pink lips and at that moment we kiss. He places his hands on each side of my face making the kiss much deeper than what I thought it would be, blood on each one. I gladly accept it and kiss back, wrapping my arms around his neck, pulling his chest to mine. At that moment it was just us, the robbers…
