They were still looking in each other's eyes while on ground.
Both came to realisation abt their position.
The boy got up and helped Naira to get up.
After getting up Naira started giving the boy lecture and asked him why he was committing suicide.
The boy made an innocent face which made Naira thinking deeply

She thought in her mind that the boy's eyes and his innocence is similar to her Kartik.

The boy tapped on her shoulder and told her that he wasn't committing suicide. He was just fixing the wire.

Naira felt weird after looking at him and she left from there.

The moment Naira left,the boy had tears in his eyes which he controlled infront of Naira.
His emotions only let him speak SHERNI...
Yes he was Kartik.

He took out the gift which Naira gave him and kissed it.

He went near terrace edge and saw Naira speaking to Keerti and Naksh.

He was in Kolkata from past 1 year

His thoughts went to those 8 years which he spent without his family and his Naira..

FLASHBACK
When Kartik left,he called his uncle and informed him that everything is okay and he's going back to his house.

After that,he boarded train to Varanasi.
Next morning,he reached Varanasi and directly went to Ganga Ghat.

He decided he will make his living on his own.
He started doing odd jobs
He too started his studies.

For 1 year,he slept on stairs of Ganga Ghat keeping Swarna's photo below his head feeling that he's in Swarna's lap.

After that he started living on rent.

And 1 year ago,when he cleared his JEE
He got admission in University of Calcutta

When he came to Calcutta,he passed from his house
While sitting in taxi,he saw a girl on terrace looking towards the sky.
He knew she was his Naira.

From past one year,he's following Naira till temple.
He saw Naksh and Keerti
But he wasn't able to see his mother because she never came out of her house.

But he got to know abt her health.
He used to pray for her.
