After apologizing to my mum, Cheren, Bianca and I went to Prof. Juniper's lab, where we got our Pokedex, and explained how it works, after that she told us to meet her at route one
"Hill, what are you going to do now ?" Bianca asked
"isn't it obvious, I'm going to be the champion, you?"
"I'm not sure, something probably is going to come up, but in the mean time, I'll challenge some gyms, how about you, Cheren "
"Same with Hilbert, that's why we are rivals"
"Wait guys we are at the end of Nuvema" Bianca pointed out
"Yea, so?"
"So, we should take this next step together "
"Bianca, there's no.. That's too silly"
"You're too silly, bud, let's do it "
"Thanks Hill, okay at the count of three, one, two, three"
With that we all took a step forward together and kept on walking in sync until we met the professor
"Okay, you guys, here we could find some Pokemon, you all will help me, if you find one call me " said Prof. Juniper
We searched for awhile until Cheren called out "I found one, a Patrat !"
We came to his location and found a furry little buck tooth Pokemon being warped by Snivy
"Cheren, that's not how you treat Pokemon, Snivy release it at once" to which Snivy obeyed then she squatted down to the scared Patrat "it's okay dear, sorry about " she said reaching out to it "but that seemed to scare it more
"Here, take this" she said giving it a treat, which it reluctantly accepted, after its first bite, it's mood changed instantly
"Pat.. Patrat " it said
"Your welcome, would you mind I'm trying to teach them how to catch Pokemon, I promise you if you like I'll release you afterwards "
It nodded in agreement
"Great" she withdrew a pokeball and Patrat pressed the button, and a red beam of light covered it and it faded as the light went back to the pokeball after that it shook, once, twice, trice, after the third shake it stopped
"There we go, Pokemon's Shouldn't be captured against their will, some prefer being caught by strong trainers, Others by gentle ones, here are some more Pokeballs" she gave us each 5 more Pokeballs "I'm heading to Accmula Town, when you arrive, I would like to show you something " she sent out her Pokemon, got on it and flew away
"Well, see you guys" Cheren blotted out as he moved forward
"Aren't we going together " I asked worried
"I have to get something back at home" Bianca said
"What, about you bud"
"I what to do a few things before going to Accmula town, it is personal, I hope you understand "
"Look, I just had a great idea, let's have a challenge, who ever gets stronger when we get to Accmula is the winner "
I nodded in agreement "Guys, whatever happens, let's promise to be friends"
"We'll support and push each other to achieve greatness " Cheren said
"Yeah"
With that we went our separate ways, I went north, Cheren went south while Bianca went back, with our promise ringing in my head I forged onwards, excited knowing an adventure awaits me
