The next morning Jim and Ariel were under the covers. Jim started to kiss Ariel's neck, she gasped at his touch. Jim stopped kissing her neck and said with a smirk as he kissed her on the lips roughly, "Last night was romantic" Ariel smiled and said between the kisses, "I thought so too" Jim was kissing Ariel with passion and care. Jim then broke the kiss and said with a smile, "My great-grandparents are going to love you" Ariel smiled and said as she got out of bed, "Come on we going to be late meeting them". Jim pulled her back into bed and with a devious smile and said, "How about one last kiss?" Ariel playfully hit him and said with a mischievous smile, "Let me think about that...Um...No" Ariel got out of the bed and giggled as Jim said, "Can't blame me for trying" Ariel magically transformed her clothes into a beautiful red top and leggings with black short boots. Jim saw his angel and said as he pulled her in for a hug, "You look beautiful" Ariel shyly looked down and back up with a smile, " Thank you" Jim kissed her forehead and said as they head out the door" Well time to meet the rest of my family"

Pocahontas was getting worried and said to her husband, "Where are they?" Her husband saw their great-grandson with his girl and yelled to them, "Over here Jim!" Jim saw his great-grandparents and held onto Ariel's hand as they got closer to them. Jim hugged his great-grandparents as they got to where they were. Pocahontas said with a smile, "I'm so happy to see you" Jim laughed and said with a smile, "It's good to see you too".

His great-grandfather asked, "And who is this beautiful young lady?" Ariel smiled and Pocahontas gave her husband a look, "What?" He said with a confused look. His wife shook her head and said as they stay down at the table, "Honestly John..." They were all seated and John asked, "So Ariel we heard you're a mermaid?" Ariel smiles shyly and said, "Yes, I'm Mr. Hawkins. Also found out I have powers joining my time away from the sea" John then asked curiously, "Which do what? If I may ask" Ariel then replied, "Well I'm not really sure, Just at the moment I can transform my clothes and learn to control it more of course" John smiled at Ariel and looked over to his great grandson and asked, "So have you asked her to marry you" Jim was nearly choking on his drink and Ariel slapped his back to help. Jim finally could breathe and said, "Don't you think that a bit early to talk about Gramps?" Ariel smiled and said, "But you were talking about it the other night" Pocahontas raised her eyebrow and said, "Really?" Jim looked at his great-grandmother and was the look she was giving him and he just wanted to go underneath the table and hide out the embarrassment as he covered his face with both of his hands.

Linguini bought the dishes and everyone was having fish and chips. John asked the redhead as he started to eat the fish, "So Ariel, How do you feel about marriage?" Ariel said as she saw her meal getting a place in front of her, "I.. I would love to be married one day and have a family" Jim smiled at Ariel and Ariel smiled back shyly and looked down at her plate once more. Jim noticed something was up as Ariel had touched anything of her plate. "Are you okay? It's just that you haven't touched your food" Jim said to her. Ariel looked down as Jim's great-grandparent wondered too. Ariel then said, "Oh yes, I'm so sorry. I should have told you that, I can't eat fish. It's mermaid thing" John and Pocahontas smiled and understood. Jim then thought of a plan and said, "Well thank you for the meal but we have to go, I promised Ariel I take her somewhere special" His great-grandfather said with a smile, "You two go and have fun, We'll pay for this" Jim took Ariel's hand and left the café. Pocahontas said to her husband, "He's going to ask her" John chuckled and said as he paid for the meals, "And she going to say yes"
