Two Souls Trap In A Game

Chapter 9

Kirito POV

As I saw sinon get punched by the monster into the wall everything went in slow-motion. I stood there frozen the person I truly cared for was laying on the ground motionless.

I got out my paralyzed state and ran towards sinon. "Sinon wake up" I said "please, you can't die, not now, not in this death game." I notice her Heath bar had still a little left but it was depleting. I rushed and pulled out a healing crystal and use it on sinon. Her health bar was back 100% in the green.

"Hey kirito watch out the boss is about to attack" asuna yelled. "Hey take her and keep her safe" I told a supporter in the back. "Yes sir."

As I watched sinon get carried to safety I put my full attention back on the boss. I was filled with rage and anger that I went full throttle on the boss. I didn't listen to anyone I was to consume with all this mix emotion that I couldn't control.

I was about to strike the boss with a power hit when it just DISAPPEAR!!!

"Watch out its behind you" shout a player on the front lines. I block the attack but the impact took some of my health. "Hey look the «Satan's Rage» is on its last health bar and it's only 60%"yelled a player. "Let's attack it now" shouted another. "Charge!!" asuna said.

Everyone one was fighting the boss what little energy they had left. The boss was now on 40% health. "Watch out the boss attack patterns is going to change" I yelled to everyone. The boss came charging at us with it weapon changing into a long blade katana. "Watch out its weapon changed again" asuna said. Satan's Rage jumped up in the air and slammed it katana into the ground. We all evade the attack but some was injured because of the shock wave that came with it. "Asuna me and you" I yelled.

I went to the boss and used a sword skilled called «dark wave» that poison the boss with every slash I gave at it. "Switch." Asuna ran forward and did a rapid sword skill on the boss. "Now" I said. Both me and asuna ran forward and did multiple attacks on the monster. It was now at 10% heath, I ran forward and was about to attack it when it jumped in the air and landed behind me. It throw down it katana at me with unbelievable speed. I was too slow to block it and brace for impact but none came. The boss busted into colorful fragments. I looked to see the person that finished off the monster was "Sinon." "Kirito you need to pay more attention during the fight" sinon said and then fainted. I ran to catch her from hitting the ground.

"Sinon you saved me thank you." I said while walking to the next floor with sinon in my arms.
