"The mind is its own place, and in itself, can make a heaven of Hell, and a hell of Heaven."-John Milton
"In the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth." That was always a quote I never understood. Why was it that everything was so closely based around "good." I say good in such a manner because truth be told, heaven isn't all rainbows and butterflies like its portrayed to be. No, take it from me, its horrid. I'm not saying this to sway your beliefs in any way because I was taught to never do that. Never judge another person based on belief. I do believe, however, after you've read into my life, you too will see why I say such a statement.
— "Burn the man!"
— "Remove him from his wings and banish him from all things good!"
— "Stone him until he is a pulp!"
Words began to spew from the angels that sat in the stands. God was sitting before the bloodied Lucifer; staring down at his beaten body. He was still fighting the chains that held him lower to the ground, his bright blue eyes never once leaving those of God's. Despite what the bible said, God was anything but the 'man' everyone had created. In fact, God was a woman who went by the name of Amara. Such a beautiful woman, long brunette hair, her eyes were so mesmerizing, not to mention, she had the body that even the purest of mortals couldn't turn away. This was Lucifer's downfall. This was the exact reason why he was chained to the ground and the rest of the angels were scorning him. He had fallen in love with Amara, and out of fear for her own reputation, she accused him of forcing himself on her. It was obvious to Lucifer that she was in pain. She had damned the only man who ever gave her the love she truly deserved all because she wasn't ready to admit that she felt the temptation of lust. Sin ran through her blood just as much as it did on his own. She was just as guilty as he, but he loved her enough to take the blame.
Lucifer soon found himself in a barren land. It was hit and truly was a wasteland. A few creature walked around, gathering items for what Lucifer could only assume was to make their homes. That was when he saw a familiar face. An old pal from heaven, one who was just as guilty as Lucifer. Asmoday, better known as Asmodeus. Only this that wasn't the same was, Asmodeus had a cane and an extreme limp. It was as if Asmodeus was sent to Lucifer to direct him on his new journey because as soon as Lucifer figured out where he was, Asmodeus was directing him in how to correctly build their inferno.
Years went by and over this amount of time, a city was built. The creatures were renamed demons and a bond between Lord and Lamb was made. Lucifer was the ruler and Asmodeus, his teacher. Things were going smoothly up until Asmodeus informed Lucifer that based on the papers that were sent down with Lucifer, he was to assign sins. He was forced to split his people into lands based on what he believed their 'wrong' was. No more unity, no more peaceful agreement. Only hate. Lucifer did just that. Starting with Asmodeus being the sin of Lust.
It took Lucifer a while, but he eventually named all 6, making himself the sin of Pride. That was only 6 though. Lucifer couldn't find any demon fit enough to become the sin of wrath. He had to make a choice give the power to someone who couldn't handle it or made the sin himself. Again, he did just that. He and Asmodeus created a child from the head of a goat and a mixture of their very own semen and let the mixture be hidden in the darkness of a closet for months. Finally, after all things were settled, a child was born. That child became the most beautiful creature ever formed. That creation was me.
