The Elementist

Chapter 1

     I sit in front of the small hurricane,Fudge my pet.
Yes that's my pet as I am from the Air element.
      Today I have turned 16 and today is the day when I will be destined to which element do I belong to. I am really nervous though I don't know why. My parents always told me that you will do well and you won't end up like my brother.
      Yes I have a brother who has joined our arch-nemesis, Element Water and my parents were quite disappointed and shocked by it. They still can't get over their grieve. His name is Gally. I really do miss him though. I would never do like that.
    My parents expect from me that my choice will be Air only but I always felt that I never belonged to it. It was never my element.
    There are four elements- Water,Air,Fire and Earth. There is always a myth more that it is a legend that 100 years ago Element Air and Water had made a bonding of love and friendship. But when the Blood moon was going to arrive, the people of the Air element had genuinely invited the people of Water element to join the celebration.They readily agreed but the Air never knew what was coming for them. On the day of the celebration they were attacked tremendously by the soldiers of the Water Element. The President of the Air element was captured and executed. The people were never able to relpad their powers as the government of the Water Element had turned the almost-going-to-be-Blood-Moon into their Moon, the Blue Moon and everything got destroyed. Their main motive was to destroy a group of four people which were known as the Elementists. They had killed the three when they got to know about their aptitudes.
The last one is from the Air Element. From then there always has been tension between these two elements but no one knew who the last one was.
     Each Element has its own rules.
      Fire Element believes in bravery and from cowardice is a punishment.
      Earth Element believes in peace and everything can be handled peacefully.
       Water Element believes in intelligence and you can not continue with your life if you are not intelligent.
        Lastly my Element that is Air means selflessness and they believe that self indulgence is not at all appropriate and we must be polite with everyone.
    I know that I don't belong to the Air Element because I am selfish. I'm sure that my results will cut out Air. I am very sure of that.
     "Lara we are going. Come on now.",said my mom.
