I met up with Sting at the park. When I first got there, the entire park was empty. That's strange. Sting didn't come until 5 minutes later. I sweat-dropped when I saw the blonde drgon slayer come running in trying to fix his cute bow tie. I chuckled and walked up to him.
"H-hey Mari! Sorry I'm late, I guess I'm not use to wearing bow ties." He said chuckling to himself. I took it to myself and I fixed the bow tie for him. Sting thanked me and we walked around the park a little.
"So, what are we gonna do today?" I asked, Sting smiled secretively.
"Well, we're just gonna talk and know each other better. Then we're going to go eat lunch!" He said excitedly like a child. Aww, he's adorable.
"Alright then!" We both sat down on a bench and talked to each other. Sting wanted to know everything about me. And I have to say, I was kinda curious about him too.
"What's your favorite color?" He asked. I grinned and said,
"I love the color blue." I said automatically. I don't know why, but I've always like the color blue, it just gave me a sense of peace and freedom.
"What's yours?" I asked back. Sting shrugged,
"I don't really know, I guess. Color doesn't matter to me that much." He said nonchalantly looking over at the trees. His facial expression went from happy to worried. I looked over to see what was wrong. It's now later on in the day, so their are more people at the park.
I gasped when I saw what Sting saw. There was a little boy stuck in one of the trees. He was crying and shaking, he was up pretty high in the tree.
Sting jumped up and ran towards the boy and I followed quickly along.
"Hey there buddy. Are you okay?" Sting asked the young boy nicely. Th boy shook his head and started sobbing even louder. I decided to step in and help too.
"Where are you parents are bud?" I asked softly and friendly. He stopped crying for a minute and looked at me.
"M-my mommy a-and daddy w-went to get m-my sister i-ice cream." He sniffled telling us. I took a good look at the little boy. He had dirty-blonde hair and dark brown eyes.
"It's alright buddy. We're gonna get you down okay?" Sting said calmly.
