So basically, Y/N was captured and injured but is okay now. Then Sam and Colby were captured by the same person and were injured so badly they were in a coma for 3 weeks. Colby woke up before Sam did. Keep in mind Y/N getting captured was supposed to be a prank.
Sam and Colby knew about the weird texts you were getting and they were her to g them to. Basically, everything has solved itself. The douche bag who captured you guys is now rotting in jail. But I the bright side, Colby proposed to you and you said yes.
