Now I will make this story in first person because I find it hard to write in a third person pov.

DARLA'S POV

I was so confused at everything that is happening that I didn't notice that Raphael's parents went to follow him outside until my parents followed them, too. I stood up and went with them outside. I saw Raphael and his parents talking in hushed voices like they are talking about something very secretive. We walked towards them and joined in the conversation. Raphael noticed us and glared at me. Now, what did I do?!

"Raph, you need to know that we are doing this for your future. Our future." his mom said, but Raphael is still glaring at me.

He snapped out of his thoughts and he looked at his mother. "No way! I don't care about that future! We live in the present, not in the future!" he glanced at me. "And plus, I don't want to marry this zombie girl."

I gasped. I know I am not that pretty, but I am not a zombie girl! I was about to snap back when my dad interrupted.

"Raphael, we know it is hard for you but please accept your fate. Give it a chance." he said and put his hand in Raphael's shoulder.

He looked at the hand of my dad in his shoulder. He backed away so my dad's hand fell. Raphael brushed off his shoulder. I looked at dad and he is clearly suppressing his anger. He scoffed.

"Fate my ass. If I know, you just want money. You don't care about me. You only care about money." he said like he was stating the obvious.

"Raphael! Show manners! And whether you like it or not, you will be married to Darla!" he shouted and he looked at my parents and me. "Sorry for my son's behavior but we need to go now." and they walked away, but before Raphael walked away with his parents, he glared at me and middle fingered me and walked away. I gasped as well as my parents.

Mum squeezed my hand. "Don't mind him. I'm sure he is just caught up by his emotions. I know he is a good guy. Just forget that. Let's go."

I internally rolled my eyes. Good guy? It is obvious that he is totally not. I mean, is a good guy talking back to his parents and others' parents? And is he randomly giving a middle finger at people? If that is a good guy, well then in that case, Raphael is a really, really good guy.

Next morning, I woke up and went to do my daily routine. After that, I went to eat breakfast and then went to work. I entered the company building until I saw a familiar figure sitting in one of the couches. I squinted and saw Niall! What is he doing here? Don't tell me he got another pests to kill? He looked so serious and pissed. Wait, uh-oh. I know why he looks like that. Remember I accepted his dinner offer last night so he will go to our house 7PM sharp? Gulp. I'm dead.

I tilted my head sidewards as I am walking so that he wouldn't notice me but then a big hand gripped my shoulders causing me to stop. I gulped and turned my head to the side and saw Niall looking at me sternly. I smiled in an awkward way.

"H-hey, Niall. I-i will be late for work. Mind if you le--" I didn't have the chance to continue what I'm saying because he interrupted me.

"I don't care if you'll be late for work, Darla." in the way he said Darla, I flinched. Because it sounds like I have a crime in the way he says my name. He gripped my shoulders now more tightly. "Now, tell me. Tell me. Why did you made me wait outside of your house for 2 hours? For two fckin hours?! I know you'll think why will I spend two hours there but because I was hoping you'll show up! But no! No Darla there to show up. I kept calling you, texting you, but you won't answer me!" he wiggled me by my shoulders. "You are such a liar, Darla! You made me wait for nothing! You didn't call me or anything or such. You are a careless person. I hate you, Darla."
