She is a koala
Warm and huggable,
With the comfort of love
She is a luminescent green
The colour of spring after a cold winter
The cheeriness of new periwinkles
She is a monkey nut
Rough and tough on the outside hiding the cracks
But still can be broken
She is a deli
Full of contrasting flavours
Some crunchy, some creamy
She is a circle
No sharp edges with a smooth attitude
Like the curve of a smile
She is warm milk
Comforting and homely
Untainted, with its natural taste
She is a piglet
Funny and amusing
Its warmth and comporting noises keeping you happy
She is a comforting armchair
For the days that are right, to sit
And for the bad days, to collapse in and cry
She is cotton wool
The fluffiness there to be soft
Fun to play with
She is a funny book
Keeping me laughing
Always there to cheer me up
