“Noooo!!!” I ran over to the car. Please Zayn be alive! Trying to dial 911 I was pulling the door handle so I could drag him out. Jammed. Fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuuuuuuuuuuuck! I start calling his name, hoping for a response. “Zayn! Zaaaayn!!!” A soft moan drew my attention and I ran over to the other side of the car, trying to open the other door. There was Zayn, bruised and covered in blood, an image I’ll never forget, ever….
The sirens grew louder so the ambulance couldn’t be that far anymore. “Zayn! Wake up! Don’t you dare leave me!” “…Who said anything….about leaving…?” his voice croaked softly. “Zayn! Thank god! Hold on, the ambulance will be here any moment.” “Why…did you…follow me?” “Because I wasn’t honest to myself… and to you.” “Mind telling?” Zayn’s eyes closed, his head falling to his side. “Zayn? Zaynie? Wake up! Please Zaynie, wake up… Don’t leave me…

What I saw was truly horrifying. Zayn’s car with a tree on top of it, paramedics trying to get Zayn out of the car, Liam cryng on the side of the road. I walked up to Liam and tried to comfort him, but he kept sobbing. The rest of the guys joined me and together we watched Zayn lying on the ground with the paramedics hanging over him, giving him CPR. I can barely understand what they’re saying, but it doesn’t sound good. They strap him onto a stretcher and slowly carry him into the ambulance. “One of you can come with us to the hospital” one of the paramedics says. Liam just jumped in there, sitting right next to Zayn, holding his hand while still crying.
