By now he has moved away from me. I fall to my knees and cry. He doesn't realize that the tears I shed are from him. He rushed to my side and embraced me but i didn't feel the affection I once did. This embrace was cold, meaningless, heartless. The man i once cared for has changed as he is full of hatred no more care, just coldness. He finally let go of me and I ran to the bathroom and closed the door and locked it. I took this advantage to lay against the door since he isn't stronger than me. I began to shed more tears as I hear Alex yell" I command you to get out of the bathroom and stop crying. My email earlier was a strict schedule and we will follow it." I wish I had caught the knife as I see Alex spin around with a scrunched up face as he proceeds to yell at me for dropping a knife. He tells me to get another knife and place it on the table and when I finish to sit at the table until dinner is ready.

I follow his instructions scared for what would happen if I didn't. I began to think more about my plan but lost my train of thought as Alex began to set my food down showing its time for me to eat.
