Welcome to Chaos

As we exit the building I take a chance to observe my new surroundings. Everything was beautiful, but in a very creepy way.
Now this city at first would look normal to you skyscrapers reaching high above us with stores and restaurants around them, but the longer and closer you look at it the more you start to see.
The buildings were all leaning to the side some with broken windows. The sky was a weird mix of red and blue as if it couldn't decide rather it was morning or evening. The people...now they were the oddest. All of the pedestrians walking passed us were wearing long cloaks, but of four colors a Dark Red, Silver, White, or Black. Why? I think I'll be finding that out soon.
Although out of all of that what really "brought out" this city was the see through ground beneath our feet showing us another city (possibly even worse than this one) beneath it. There were people at which from my angle look to be upside down and running. There are fires and well to put it shortly mass havoc.
As I was observing the girl tugged on my arm. "We need to head to the Cove, if you really don't know what's going on you'll just have to blend in until we get this figured out." And with that she started walking towards an old store that was leaning with its door kicked in," all of the building in this part of town are pretty old, but going through this one should be a short cut", she said as she kept looking back and forth watching everyone until they all passed by and the streets were empty.
I started walking towards the store but the girl (yet again) tugged me and pulled me back. "Need I remind you that you claim to not be from here?" She said angrily before continuing,"That means you don't have the power to get into that building, I thought you would at least have figured that out on your own," Unknown said shaking her head, then walked towards the door and held out her hand. At first I thought she was messing with me because nothing happened, but seconds later the building began to vibrate and lower until it sank completely into the "ground" adding another building to the city beneath us.
The girl looked towards me then nodded her head towards the area where the store once stood and began walking towards it. Now I'm all for a mysterious adventure, but a mysterious adventure in a creepy city is not on my Top 10 list for what to do. So why am I following her again? Oh yeah, because I have a strong feeling that if I get caught I'm dead.
As we walk towards the area the space around it begins to shimmer in a slightly glowing light. Unknown grabs me by the arm and races towards the spot in the center of it and in a flash we are teleported into a different building, this one isn't as classy and clean as the other one actually it's the complete opposite.
This building was rusting both on the inside and out. The windows were broken and half were partially tinted, and the furniture on the first floor was dusty and torn and I would guess the same for the furniture upstairs. We were walking up the stairs when I remembered something, "What's with the different colored cloaks?" I asked, not really understanding the reason for them. Unknown didn't respond right away she kept walking up the stairs and stopped at the top then turned around facing me, "The colors are a symbol of your ranking. The White cloaks symbolize the first ranking which prides itself in power for they are the most powerful, The Red cloaks symbolize the second rank which prides itself in strength as they are the strongest, The Blue cloaks symbolize the third rank which prides itself in knowledge as they are the wisest" she paused for a moment and looked me dead in the eye before continuing "The Black cloaks are an Unofficial rank it's not actually a rank at all it actually stands for the Rebels the ones that want to break the "peace" in Chaos, but most still count them as the fourth rank." She finished then continued to search the building as I follow close behind.
After going through long halls and making turns I know I won't remember we find ourselves in a room that we aren't alone in. The room is plain and visibly old, with chipped cream paint on the walls and even some growing mold on the ceiling. The lights gave a faint yellowish glow that was almost to dim to even be seen. The room was medium sized with a desk pushed into one side of the room and a torn leather couch on the wall across from it.
Sitting on the couch were three people. A tall guy with his face covered and a girl half his height with her face covered as well. Standing in the center of the room was a tall woman in a black cloak looking through papers. She stopped her actions and looked at us as we entered the room, but she didn't look at all surprised by my presence as if she was expecting me as well.
"Who's the girl?" The guy asked nodding his head towards me. I was going to introduce myself when Unknown held up her hand to stop me. "She's not one of us, that's all that you need to know brother." She answers coldly glaring at him. Then the woman spoke up, "You say she's not one of us, yes?" She asks but it sounds more like a statement and Unknown answered with a quick nod for yes. "If the girl isn't one of our own explain how she is in Chaos to me." The woman says looking around the room this time receiving no answer. She walks closer to me and looks me up and down. "Which one are you?" She asks simply and I furrow my brows is confusion and reply "um...Lila?"
The pair on the couch wave their left hand in a circular motion and appear in front of me. "A Lila?" The girl asks tilting her head in confusion as the boy stares for a while before reappearing back on the couch then states "Apparently Lila is her name, she is a human. Their assignment of names and titles are far different from ours." The room is once again silent.
Then as if the four of them have an in case of human plan they simultaneously hold out their hands and aim them at me. The last thing I see is a shimmering light around me before my vision goes dark.
