I stared longing at Lazuli as we watched our favorite show, "Camp Pining Hearts". We had been friends for a few years and I had always had a small crush on her. I tried to ignore my feelings, but I just couldn't, I knew that I couldn't keep it a secret for long.... I want to tell her , but the risk of ruining our friendship is too strong. Lapis asked me what I thought of the episode but I had no clue , I was too busy thinking about what to do about my whole situation. "Ummm sorry I was lost in thought". Lapis gave me a playful shove. I began to blush as I wondered if she was the Pierre to my Percy.
Lapis P.o.v :
Peridot is acting strangely today. What if she doesn't want to be my friend anymore? Or live with me in the barn? I guess I'll never find love, and never have any friends ( besides Steven). I knew I needed to do something. "Peridot" I said loudly, awaking her from her daze. "Ok, ok sorry for being a little distracted, but seriously not need to shout" the green gem responded jokingly."Peridot, do you hate me ?" I asked immediately regretting the words that came out of my mouth.
