Blake's P.O.V
I was surprised that she sat with me in the rusty bench just talking for nearly an hour. It's safe to say that I got a chance to get to know her a little better.
I learned that she doesn't like when people give her obnoxious nick names. She's not really good at making new friends, which i don't quite understand because her sense of humor is great. She doesn't like when people betray, lie or hurt her ; and she's really quick at droping people out of her life.
I was thinking about what I should say next before my thoughts were quickly snapped away from me.
"What do you think?"
I looked at her with a bit of a confused expression. She picked up on that quick reaction and slightly laughed to herself.
"I said that that spot on the tree looks like a spider what do you think?"
I turned to face the direction that her gaze was facing and focused on the spot. I never realized that it actually does look like a spider. She met my gaze when I lightly laughed to myself.
"Wow I guess I never noticed."
I've been coming to this park since I could remember. I used to come and lay here under that tree to be exact, to just to escape. No one knew where to find me except for Harry, but most of the time, he would just join me.
Harry
As if destined, at the moment I thought of Harry, my phone rang with a text message from him.
"Ditched ice sk8ing a bit early, gym in 10?"
The big game was on Friday, it was already Sunday and I had hardly practiced, I really needed this. As much as I enjoyed spending this time with Chloe, I really had to go and train a bit more.
"Look it was nice hanging out with you and all but I really need to get going," I tried not sounding rude but obviously failed.
"No, it's okay it was nice hanging out with you too, we should totally do that again."
We awkwardly stood there for a few seconds. It was one of those moments in which you don't know whether you should hug or do anything by means.
"Bye" she said as she shyly waved and walked the opposite direction. I mentally smacked myself for probably standing there looking like an idiot. I should've done something but instead my mind and body had different ideas. I quickly jogged to my car and headed to the gym.
I met up with Harry who waited leaning against the entrance. When he realized I was there, he mockingly pointed at his watch. I rolled my eyes as i quickly got down from the car.
"Dude where were you?" he asked, curiosity always getting the best of him.
" I was doing something," i replied.
"Well go get dressed, this is our last training before the big game" he said as he threw the pair of shorts over my head. I ran into the locker room and quickly got dressed.
We trained all the way until darkness engulfed the sky. By the time we both realized we have had enough, it was about 10 pm.

"So you ditched me because you were hanging out with a girl," said Harry taking a bite out of his sandwich.
I smiled before nodding and he stopped chewing for a few seconds just focusing on me. He bursted out laughing before high fiving me. He gave me a total different reaction than what I was expecting.
"Well good thing you ditched me for a good reason, if not then I would still be very upset" he replied and I couldn't help but laugh. "So tell me who is this mystery girl?"
"Her name is Chloe, the girl we met at the gym remember?"
"Oh yeah, the trainers daughter? She's hot" He replied and I almost spit out the water I was drinking out of my water bottle across the table. I don't know how I feel or should feel about this, but luckily Niall came and sat with us instantly changing the subject and I mentally thanked him.
"The big game is tomorrow do you guys think you're ready?" He asked drinking out of his water bottle. Harry and I both looked at each other before nodding like we just read each others minds.
"Yeah we're ready I mean toady's our last training as a team, and then tomorrow is the big day" replied Harry.
"I'm going to stay to watch you guys train, a whole bunch of us are actually" replied Niall.
The ringing of the bell interrupted us from starting a new conversation. We all headed our own ways to our classes. When I reached my locker, I sloppily threw my books and pulled out the ones that are needed. By the corner of my eye I see Chloe opening her locker and doing the same. I hoped she didn't notice me, but at the same time I wanted her too. She eventually closed her locker and met up with a few friends waiting for her, leaving me here alone in the empty hallway. I walked into the class a minute late like I always do and sit down all the way in the back.
Today just seemed so weird. Usually I am so focused and always do my work, but today I feel just so distracted. I had a difficult time focusing in class that I'm even starting to worry myself. I guess I was just so anxious to get to the end of the day so we can train.
"STYLES! MORRIS! PICK UP THE PACE!!" our coache's voice echoed through the field. Harry and I always have the same strategy. We always start slow and allow everyone to pass us, and then we take off getting our place back. It never fails us, but it sure annoys the hell out of our coach.
We trained until the point where I was pretty sure I couldn't feel my legs. We never had trained so hard, but what can I say? This is the moment we've all been waiting for, and I can't even begin to say how nervous and excited I am at the same time. As I was walking back with Harry something hit my shoe, and when I turned I couldn't stop the smile curving my lips.
I saw Niall waving at us and based on the distance he was from us, I realized how amazing his aim must be to throw that rock from there and actually hit me. I was laughing to myself when I spotted that dirty blonde haired girl laughing with her friends. Soon she must've caught me staring because she smiled to herself before waving at us. We all headed our own way from that moment on and all I could think about was her and tomorrows game.
That night I fell asleep sore but with a huge grin on my face. I just hope tomorrow is as great as I feel it would be.
