Everyone freezes like time has frozen in that moment.

" Hyuk? You know her? " Hongbin asks

Hyuk slowly nods as he stares at the person in front of him. She gives him a sad smile. He noticed her that she wasn't trying to cry in front of him.

" Haeraa?? Haeraa?? Lee haeraa!! " Hongbin calls out to the frozen figure in front of him

Haeraa couldn't process anything. The emotions she felt was too intense for her. That she felt the world around her spinning. Soon all went black.

Haeraa slowly opens her eyes to an unfamiliar environment. The first person she notices is hongbin looking at her worriedly. She gives him a weak smile. He smiles back at her and pats her head affectionately.

" You know what I'm not even going to ask you what happened. You take rest. I'll take you back home. You had us all worried there. Especially hyuk. But don't think about that. Just sleep now. I'll be outside if you need me just....." he says trailing off

" Wait " haeraa just grabs his hands, " don't go just yet. I think I need to talk to someone before I get consumed by the guilt"

" Why ??? don't feel guilty? Why are you feeling guilty haeraa "

" Because I know who hyuk is. He is patient H isn't he. " haeraa gives a tiny smile and continuing on before Hongbin says anything

" I know this because I have the file. I shouldn't have kept it but I have the file of patient H. I wanted to form my own diagnosis and use that case to grow as a doctor and I wanted to test myself. I.....I'm sorry. I know the girl who hyuk spoke about in your sessions "

Hongbin stares at her in disbelief. Anger, disappointment, sadness. He feels varying emotions. But he understands her and forgives her.

" Who is that girl? "

" LH is me. Lee haeraa. I'm the girl who caused him this pain. I'm the reason why hyuk is like that. " She wipes her tears

" Listen. It's not your fault okay. If you read the file you would have seen the various other factors which made hyuk like that. Don't blame yourself. " Hongbin helps her slowly sit up

" But I wasn't there for him when he needed me. I left. And he just........I'm sorry hyuk. I'm sorry I was there for you. I'm sorry " haeraa starts to cry inconsolably as she thinks back on the grief she caused him.

Hongbin pulls her in for a hug and pats her back, " haeraa as a doctor I would suggest you to talk about it but I tell you to talk to hyuk as a friend. Both of you need closure and you'll both get it only when you both talk. Because you can only heal yourself. And you might be the key in healing hyuk. "

" What if he doesn't want to see me? "

" Why wouldn't he want to see you? He was searching for you all these years. He wants to talk. Meet him one day when you feel ready. Now get some sleep okay. I'll come and pick you up when it's time for you to be discharged " hongbin moves towards the door

" WAIT!!! oh sorry. Could you please tell hyuk I want to meet him tomorrow. I know it's too soon. But this has been going on for a very long time. Even if he ends up hating me it's fine. At least he can move on " she pleads to hongbin

Hongbin gives her a nod leaving her to think about the possible scenarios. Haeraa stares at the ceiling deep in thought. She didn't even notice the fact that hongbin came back to pick her up.

Thats it's. I'm going to talk to hyuk. And explain to him why I left. Let him hate me for why I did what I did. If he was my friend he would understand. Either way he will make peace with his past. I.....hyuk....I...lo...... will tell you everything.
