Adrian's POV:
"Boo!" Wrapping my arms around Trisha's waist, she gasped in surprise before holding the chocolate frosting covered whisk in front of my face as a form of defence. "How are the preparations going mum?"
"Stop scaring me Adrian. You'll give a heartattack one day I swear. Oh, don't call me that in the house, Adrian. Master will hear you." She warned hushly as she continued with her whipping.
"Don't worry mum, he can't do anything. It's my freedom to call whoever whatever I want." She chuckled lightly at my words before scooping a spoon of the chocolate frosting for me to test out. Mhmmm. Delicious as always.
"Sheez...what am I going to do with your stubbornness? The preparations are going well too."
"Do you need any help? I can help with all the weightlifting." Showing her my muscles playfully, she rolled her eyes before taking the clean spoon out of my hand.
"Those are done by Ryan already you big goofball. You can start snapping some pictures if you want. It can help to build up your portfolio if you ever decide to one day go and pursue your dream." Only Ryan and Trisha knows that it's my dream to become a photographer. I mean, my dad knows but he dismissed it immediately, saying that it is a job without future.
"You sure you don't need my help?"
"Nope. Now go. You can ask Ryan to be your model is he agrees, he's in the air-rifle room." She winks knowingly before shooing me out of the kitchen. She is the only one who knows that I like Ryan. That is one thing my father doesn't knows.
"Thanks mum. You're the best."
"No problem love. Now go. Oh, there are smores macarons in the fridge. You can grab some for Ryan and you to share." She grinned a little as I smirked at her cleverness. Ryan is a sucker for smores.
Grabbing a few, I raced to my room to grab my precious toy before heading downstairs to find my beautiful love.
