The Concert

The 5 figures slipped away before you got a chance to look at them. You felt your phone buzz in your hand and looked down to see 2 more messages from your bff.

You laughed. If you weren't side by side you were either skyping or texting constantly. As you were replying the line moved forward but this time it kept moving. After you turned the corner of the building and kept walking for a few minutes, the door finally came into view. "Omg mom look!! We're almost to the front door!!!" You squealed in excitement. You watched as more and more people walked in and you got closer to the door. Your master plan was to squeeze between people and get to the front of the crowd. As you entered the venue your eyes lit up in excitement. The dim overhead lights, that were balanced out by the small fairy lights and the neons shining above the stage and hanging from the ceiling were amazing. But it was the large stage with all the equipment set up that made you really want to scream in excitement. The floor was only about 1/2 full. "This should be easy" you thought to yourself. You grabbed your mom's hand and led her between people mumbling "excuse me" every now and then. After a about a minute of wading through the crowd you finally reached the barriers sparing the stage a few feet. A big smile stretched across your face as you realized the concert was about to start.

                 A few minutes later 

The lights dimmed and the crowd started screaming like... Well a bunch of teenage girls. All 5 of the boys walked out on stage looking amazing  as always, and the crowd got louder. You cheered as loud as you could, not even worrying about how scratchy  your throat was going to be later. The boys started the first song "Just to see you smile" and proudly you sang along without missing a lyric. "How about we play something more recent guys?" Corbyn asked the crowd. You, and everybody else screamed in agreement."I'll take that as a yes!!" Jack said into his microphone. Without even waiting for the crowd to respond the first notes of "These Girls" were blaring over the speakers. You looked over to see...your mom DANCING!! You laughed at the sight but smiled because she was having fun. You pulled out your phone and recorded the boys onstage and sang along in the background. "Hollywood girls tryna be like Rihanna, and I can't choose one I just gotta be honest" You sang along. You had the sudden urge to stick your hand out and try and get one of them to acknowledge you like the other people in the front were doing. As you put your hand up Zach came over and leaned down and kissed your hand. You blushed a deep red and he winked at you and stood up, walked away and continued singing. So many thoughts were running through your head. ZACH HERRON JUST KISSED YOUR HAND AND WINKED AT YOU!!! Tonight had gone way better than expected. After many more songs and lots of screaming, fangirling, and singing every lyric the concert came to an end. The boys went backstage and prepared for the meet and greet. "I can't wait" you said in your head. You pulled the VIP pass around your neck and handed your mom hers, and she did the same. You and MANY other people rushed to the door to the meet and greet area. It was a dream come true.
