It seemed like the day would never end. Why did I even agree to go to the salon with my mom? I have no idea how she deals with strangers constantly touching her. I'm tring so hard to make it look like im enjoying myself, but I don't think that I'm very convincing.

"Ann, you look miserable. We don't have to keep doing this if you dont want to." Mom said. I gave her a small smile, "It's ok mom, I'm having loads of fun." I told her uncomfortably. I hate lying to her, even if she knew I was lying to begin with. She tries so hard to make sure that im happy. Ever since dad left, life hasnt been easy for either of us, especially her.

The fact that we were polar opposites made it a lot harder for her. She is girly, confident, out going, and beautiful while I am very shy, quite, tomboyish, and very self conscious about my apperance. When she'd want to go to a salon, I'd rather go to a book store. She truly tries hard and I love her for it. She is the only person in my life that hasn't left me for somthing better.

"You know what? Who cares about havin someone pampor your nails. Let's go somewhere you want to go for once. I have dragged you around town all day. Its your turn to pick." Mom got up, walked over to me and grabbing my hand, helping me up. I smiled as she paid the lady at the front desk. She then quickly walked out, me following close behind.

Once we got into the car, she looked at me and said, "So, do you have anyplace you want to go to in mind?"  "Yes, well, there is this new book store on Antilop Street." I said quietly. She smiled, "To Antilop Street it is then. " She started the car and we rod in silence to the store. It wasn't awkward silence or anyting like that, but comfortable silence.

After we got to the store we both climbed out of the small red car and walked through a wooden door that led to the store. We were greated by a sweet looking ederly woman. "Welcome, my name is Mable, if you need any help don't fret to ask." She gave mom and I a  warming smile, leaving us to search her store. "Ill buy you any book in this store. But please try to make it under $20.00." Mom told me, I smiled at her, then started to walk around, looking at all of the selections of books.

Out of the corner of my eye one book in particular grabbed my attention. It was a very old looking book. The cover was in bad shape. The cause? Time and ageing. But besides that it looked like the pages were in good condision.

I opened it to the first page, at the top left corner it said, 'Dairy of Ceil Phantomhive." Wait, like Black Butler Ceil Phantomhive? How can this be, this book looks like it was witten wayyy before the show ever aired. I flipped to the next page to the first dairy entry. And I skimmed through it, my eyes widdened even bigger. It perfectly disgribed the first episode of the show, through and through.

"I see your interested in the Dairy of Ceil Phantomhive." Mable said, starling me and ripping me from my thoughts. "I don't blame you, it's very intersting if I say so myself. All of the history that was uncovered from that book is astounding."

"But I thought Ceil Phantomhive was a fictional character." I told her quietly, she chuckled in response.

"To most he is, but he was a real person. He went insane after the death of his parents. Thinking his butler was a demon and that his aunt's butler was a grimm reaper." I looked down at the book again, wondering if it's true that Ceil was a real person. And if he was, how similar would the show be to the actual dairy.

"How much do you want for it?" I asked her.

"Its free of charge." I was baffuled.
    "Are you sure?" she nodded.

"The book hasn't been sold for years, so don't worry about it."

My smile widdened. "Thank you." I said, she nodded and I found my mom, informing that I found the perfect book. Also explaining to her that Mable, the owner of the store, gave it to me for free. We left the store and we drove home. It was a bit away from town. But I couldn't complain, our proerty was about 20 acors.

There was a beautiful spot, perfect to be exact. It had a cristal blue pond with a large ock tree hanging over, providong shade for the intire pond and then some. I always loved going out there to read, it was so peacful out there.

When we stopped infront of the house I immediately took off my seat belt, but was stopped by my mom. "Sweety, I got something else for you while you were looking at the books. I went to the jewllery store across the street and got you this." She started to dig intoher bag.

"Mom you shouldnt have, you know I'm not into-" I stopped talking when she opened a small box reveling a beautiful blue heart shaped neckless. "Oh my god...its gorgeous."

Mom giggle, "I thought youd like it."

"Like it? I love it." she took it out of the box and placed it around my neck. I looked at myself in the mirror, it looked amazing.

"I'm glad you love it." she hugged me, and for the first time in a while I hugged back. Something I don't do all the time. All because I didn't like human contact.

She pulled back. "Well you better get to your tree before it gets dark. I know how much you like to read under it." "Thanks mom, for everything." I hugged her again, then grabbed my new book and my bag and practicly ran to the little pond. I sat down in my usual spot and began reading.

I must have been out there for a few hours because it was already dark when I looked up from the book. It also began raining. Quickly putting the book in my bag I stood up. As I was passing the pond, I halted. For some reason I could have sworn I heard someone was call my name. I looked all around and no one was in sight. Looking down at the pond I jumped when I saw there was a face of a young man with greyish blue hair and a beautiful blue eye with a black eye patch was covering the other.

Closer I got to the the pond, then out of no where, it felt like I was being pulled in. Someone or somthing was dragging me by my arm, deeper and deeper into the darkness. How deep is this pond?!?!? I screamed in my head.

As I couldn't hold my breath any more, I saw the light of the surface. The thing that was pulling me by my arm must have let go because now I didn't feel its intence pressure on my arm anymore. I swam faster and faster, towards the surface, my hope rising as I swam closer. Then I finaly reached it, air once again filled my lungs.

I looked around, still panting, I was in what looked like a small lake. Without even thinking I swam to shore, getting out of the freezing water. I was drenched, I franticly looked in my bag to see if my phone and book survived. Luckly my phone was water proof, but i thought the book wouldnt be. I grabbed it and flipped the pages to see it was perficlty dry. What the hell?!

I started walking towards the nerest street, but it looked like it was paved with cobblestone. Everyone around me was wearing old fashion cloths, like in the Queen Victoran Ara. When all weman wore dresses, most people got to places by riding carriges, might i add.

My panicing began to increase, my breathing accelerating. I picked a random derection and began walking, not paying attention to anyone around me.

I then bumped into someone causing both of us to fall. I looked up to see a very tall man with raven eyes and crimson eyes, helping up a boy with greyish blue hair and an amazing blue eye. He looks just like the face i saw in the pond, but a little bit younger. WAIT! GREYISH HAIR! BLUE EYE! EYE PATCH? THIS CANT BE! I CANT BE HERE ITS NOT POSIBLE!

"Are ok young lady?" the tall man asked as he helped me up off the ground. I wasnt able to say anything.

"Hello? He asked you a question." the shorter one said.

"This cant be....your, your, AHHH!" I yelled as I yanked my body around only to hit my head against a large branch. I fell again, both men now hovering over me with curious looks on their faces.

The world around me slowly started to go dark, with the faces of Sebastion and Ciel being the last thing i saw before i pasted out.
