Deetranada POV

I walked in my mom house.dad was there.

"Diamond,you look tired."said dad.

"Yeah.I know.I didn't sleep last night I was too worried about jay."

"The private investigator is here in the family room."said mom.I nodded.I went to family room.

"Hello,I am jenny."said jenny.I shook her hand.

"Diamond."

"So,tell me what happened?"asked jenny.I tolled her what happened.

"Okay.tell me about your son."said jenny.

"His name jayden.he is 13.he like reading books."

"Diamond,you forgetting something."said mom.

"Oh right.he is selective mute."

"Do he have any enemies?"asked jenny

"No.he don't socialize very much."

"Do you have any enemies?"

"I have haters."

"Do you have idea who could have took him?"

"His real uncle."

"Real?"

"I adopted jayden when he was 6."jenny nodded.

"Okay.so,could be any of his biological family.that narrow it down a bit.I call you when I have information.see you later."I nodded.jenny left.

Jayden POV

I was locked in the closet the whole night.I stay up all night trying to get the tie off my wrists.uncle tommy opened the door.

"Out.now."said uncle tommy.I walked out the closet.he kicked the behind of my knees.I fell to the ground.

"Now,time for revenge for sending me to jail."then he took his belt off.I started moving back.he grabbed my arm.he hit me with belt buckle on my back times.I screamed in pain.he slapped me twice.

"Shut up!"I am in pain you idiot.

"Are you crying?"well duh my back is in pain!he grabbed me and threw me across the room.

"Stop crying!"Then someone knocked down the door.the door fell the ground.a police officer had a gun out.

"Hands up.you are the rights to silent.any you say can be used against court of law."said the cop.two other cops ran to me.one of them cut the tie.then a EMT walked up.

"Can you walk?"asked the EMT.I nodded.I slowly stood up.I popped my back.

"Follow me."said EMT.I followed her to ambulance.uncle tommy tried to ran to me but the cops stopped him.i sat on gurney.the EMTs check me.where's mom?

"Okay,we need to bring you to hospital for far examination."said EMTs.no!I want mom!I tried to leave but EMT stopped me.

"Calm down."said EMT.I tried to push him out my way.then I felt a needle in my shoulder.

Deetranada POV

I was checking my Instagram when a got a call.I answered it without Checking the ID.

Dee:did you find him?
Ebony:you didn't jay yet?
D:oh its you.
E:nice to see you too.
D:sorry,it just I thought..never mind what'cha need?
E:I was checking in on you.
D:I am cool.I just hate how I can't help at all.
E:they will find him.
D:hopefully very soon.

Then I notice tiger walked in.

"Come here tiger."the cat sat on couch across from me

E:you own a tiger?
D:no.it is a cat.I let jay name him.

Then I grabbed tiger.

E:That's a weird name to name a ca-then my phone got a another call.
D:sis,I will call you later.I got another call.
E:alright.

Then I hanged up on Ebony.I answer the call.

Dee:hello?
Unknown:are you the parent of jayden barmer?
D:yes.I am.
U:you was the emergency contact on his medical record.he is at galaxy hospital.
D:thank you for notifying me.

Then I hanged up.I put my shoes on and drove to the hospital.I went to the Children wing.I walked up the guy at the front desk.

"Fill this out."said the guy.he handed me a clipboard with paperwork.I sat down and fill out the paperwork.I turn it in to the guy.he flipped the pages and type on the computer.

"You are here to see jaidie bomber?"asked guy.He pointed to the screen.

"Its jayden barmer and yes."

"Room 52."said the guy.I nodded.I went to the room.I walked in.he was sleeping.I noticed he had a red marks around his wrists.I walked to his bed.I grabbed his hand.I ran my other hand in his hair.He squeeze my hand.I jumped a little.

"Oh shit!"I mumbled.

"Turn off the sun."whispered jay.

"Hold on."then I closed the blinds.

"Better?"he opened his eyes.

"Yeah."said jay.

"Let me get a nurse tell you are awake."I was about Leave but jay grabbed my arm.

"Wait,don't leave."said jay.

"Um,I kinda have to.to get the nurse."

"No.stay!"said jay with pleading eyes.woah.okay.

"Okay.I will stay."I sat in the chair next him.we sat in silent for few minutes.He sighed.

"You want to know what don't ya.and write that down."said jay.I open my notes app.

"What's that?"

"A car license plate of the lady who took from the studio."I nodded.

"I called you twice."

"Well,I couldn't answer it.I was tied up.and besides that thing was got broken When I pushed in the pool."

"pushed?"

"Yea.pushed.he was tried to drown me.he hit me with the belt buckle on my back."he tolled me like we was talking about the weather.

"Why are so nonchalant right now?"he shrugged.

"Maybe cuz pain medicine they gave me cuz I don't feel a thing in my back."

"you so know that will wear off in awhile."

"well,I am going to enjoy it."My phone rang.I answered it.

Dee:hello?
Ebony:you didn't call me back.I got worried.
D:I am at the hospital with jay.
E:they found him!?!!
D:Yea.
E:I am on way.

Then she hanged up.

"Who was that?"

"My sister.she is coming."He nodded.I notice he was getting sleepy.

"Are you okay?"

"Yeah.just tired."said jay.he went to sleep.I waited a few minutes.I left the room to get a doctor to check on him.I saw ebony talking to the guy at the front desk.I went to her.

"diamond,how is he?"asked ebony.

"Mentally or physically?"

"Both?"

"physically.he got red marks on his ankle and wrists.and probably belt marks on his back.mentally he is okay."

"How are you so calm right now?"

"Cuz I learn to have patient and keep calm when dealing with jay's issues."
