I woke up to the sound of sizzling eggs. I got up and saw Selena cooking. "Bitch, make me a sandwich." I ordered and she put the eggs on the plate and smacked me in the face with the frying pan. "MAKE YOUR OWN FUCKING SANDWICH!" She screamed and I heard footsteps from upstairs. Captain Mega had come down, holding his axe.
"Lets go, we need to get more gems for another rare summonings, besides, we also need to gather honor points." He spoke and I just was clueless. "Honor points?" I asked and he facepalmed. "They are points given and saved on your Summoner ID, they can be used for summoning really weak characters, but sometimes you can be lucky and summon an evolution material." Mega explained and I nodded. I dressed into my outside clothes and we walked out to be met by two slimes.
"We still have to have those things on our team?" I asked and they nodded. "Well we have other units so why not we swap them." Selena stated and I just looked at her. "We can do that?" She just slapped me and spoke, "HOW ARE YOU EVEN A SUMMONER, IDIOT!" She screamed. We rubbed my cheek and we continued walking to the gate to Grand Gaia. We had defeated the cave of flames and were on our way to Igor snowfields.
When we reached, I rubbed my arms. I began sneezing and spoke, my teeth chattering, "Why the heck is it so cold?" Tilith walked up to me and sneezed. "James, you need to get through this area fast, I will be waiting in the forest ahead." She spoke and before I could say anything she disappeared.
"Useless." Selena spoke and I just shook my head. When we had reached a certain area in the snowfiels we were ambushed. "Those monsters have spears!" I screamed in fright and Selena just shrugged. Her sword and Mega's axe sliced through it and the slimes nearly killed the other monster. The monster hit my Burny and it died.
"You useless ball of flaming slime." I hissed and the battle continued until I saw a water nymph in the bushes. "ITS A WATER NYMPH KILL IT!" I screamed and Selena and Mega sliced at it. Sadly, I didn't capture it. "There should be a couple more up ahead." Selena sighed and we walked on. Eventually we saw another one and killed it, but we didn't get it. "We are close to the boss and we still haven't caught one yet!" I screamed in frustration and picked up a rock and threw it at a tree.
A nymph fell from it and I just grinned evily. "KILL IT!" I screamed and Selena sliced through it and an orb appeared in its place. "We caught one, finally." I spoke in delight and began crying, but they turned into ice on my skin. We reached the boss and saw it was Plunderer Verica. "Selena, Mega, Sparky, kill the two Kikashin behind Verica." I ordered and they did so, Sparky getting a critical hit.
"Fall at my knees!" Verica ordered and ran up to Mega and sliced him across the chest and did the same to Sparky, nearly killing him. "Selena, Mega, Sparky, Attack!" I ordered, getting a cure ready for the next time Verica attacked. Verica looked nearly dead, but he still had enough power to attack Mega and Sparky. Sparky died and I just growled.
"Selena, attack Verica!" I ordered, allowing Mega to rest. Selena sliced through Verica, killing him and making him fade away into dust. We walked back to the gate and noticed a gift was at our door. I opened it and found a gem and 20,000 zel. "We're rich!" I spoke in delight and Selena just looked at the money with happiness.
"Come on, we need to fight our way through the other areas so we can reach the Tower of Mistral." Mega spoke and we began packing up for our next trip.
~ Week Time Skip ~
"Guys, we need to head to the hall." Mega explained, shaking me awake from sleep. "It's 3 a.m. in the god damn morning Mega, can't we go later." I yawned, rubbing my eyes to clear my foggy vision. "We need to go now James, the evolution room gets busy very quickly, we will be extremely lucky if we get in after waiting for half an our so move your butt out of bed." Selena ordered and I got up. "Let me shower and change, I will meet you guys down stairs." I got up and shoved them out of my room. I walked into the bathroom and took off my pajamas.
~ Time Skip to Summoning Hall ~
"James, you may now use the evolution hall." The intercom blared and I ran in, Selena behind me. "Are you ready?" I asked and she nodded. I put the water nymph into one of the circles and all of a sudden, I closed my eyes to a blinding light. When the light ceased, Selena had a bow in her hair and some of her armor had turned golden. Also her sword had changed.
"Well, looks like I'm now using the legendary blade Lexida, but I don't think it is at it's full power yet." She explained and I just gaped in awe at the blade. "Give it to me." I ordered and she hissed. "Never, I will slice you before I give it to you." She turned around and head for the door. Mega greeted us and congratulated Selena on her evolution.
"Also we can rare summon now." I spoke, holding the 5 gems we had collected. We ran to the rare summoning hall and gave the five gems. We entered the room and I saw a red circle appear. "Super Rare Unit! YUSH!" I screamed in excitement, but that all turned into anger.
Standing right above the circle was a Great Falcon Ziz. "Oh, I'm gonna fucking mess you up." I hissed and ran at the parrot. "Wait James, DON'T!" Selena and Mega screamed, but I didn't listen and the falcon shocked me with lightening. They helped me up and I brushed off the ashes of my somewhat burned clothing. "Lets get to the selling hall." I spoke and we ran to the hall. We sold the falcon for 25,000 zel and went back home.
"That was so cruel, I was so excited." I spoke and then noticed a newspaper was at my door. I read it out loud, "Summon the four new units, Loch, Lorand, Dean and Edea. Strengthen your team with these amazing new units." I threw the paper into the lake and ran into my room and began crying. "I wanted a 4 star unit so bad and I got the parrot of doom." I complained and just lied down in my bed, depressed.
"Today is the worst day ever." I whispered and fell asleep.
