Whats the deal?

I never thought I would see her again. The person I took life from lay there. As dead as I last saw her. You may be wondering what the deal was I had with the devil. It's not something I want to share but I guess I will. 5 months ago my girlfriend was diagnosed with cancer , a brain tumour. Each night I would pray for a miracle then one night I heard a voice  it told me " kill a girl to not loose your girl " desperate I did as I was told. I didn't even know her name. Instantly after I did it I had received a phone call saying Beth my girlfriend was miraculously better. There were pictures of the dead girl everywhere rewards up to $60000 to find the killer. No one knew it was well at least that's what I thought. I walked up to her she had been laid on a polished wooden table. A cold fear sprung through my body. " WHAT DO YOU WANT WITH ME?" I cried. No response. I waited and waited petrified of what was to happen. ' Ting Ting' I jumped , I don't want to hear that noise. Never.  I was shaking continuously and was covered in goose bump I  slowly pulled  my phone out of my pocket. ' tick tick the time is ticking a layer below is the hidden clock , figure out the riddle and move on to the next stage. ' they still didn't sign of. I stared at the message trying to make out the riddle then it clicked,a layer below meaning a basement? I left the room which held the body and was welcomed once again my the dark hallway which had only two flickering lights. Searching and searching I finally found a stair case that went down not up. I instantly noticed the change of wall material upstairs had been similar to marble but down here I could just make out that it's brick. I cautiously wen down the stairs,preparing for jump scares. I looked around but it was to dark to see I placed my hands on the walls hoping to find a light switch sooner or later I did. The lights slowly flickers on. Everything seemed so old. Not in quality but appearance. I scanned the area and spotted out a huge clock. I approached it , I guessed that it hid my next "clue" . I was right you could clearly see a piece of paper sticking out the bottom
