Chapter 1

I feel sick. I wake up and I get a shiver down my body, it's the day I get to see my sunshines perform for the first time. I know to most of you it's not a big deal but I've never seen them before and I've liked them for about two years now. The Vamps. My favourite band in the world, they saved me and I'm now going to watch them in concert, second row, they're going to see my face and I'm going to see theirs.

Georgie, was my best friend, we did everything together. We were joined at the hip. She was so beautiful, olive tanned skin with soft brown wavy hair that bounced whenever she walked, and a models figure. I envied her. She was flawless, effortlessly. She was my best friend and I loved her.

I sat in the kitchen twiddling my thumbs and biting my lip waiting for Georgie to come and pick me up, and when her car arrived I jumped up and squealed.

After what felt like the longest wait ever it was finally time, I stood in the crowd as the lights went down and the band came on. Perfection. I could feel my eyes welling up but I didn't want to look stupid.

As they sang all of their songs from the album, whenever Brad said "you" he'd point at me. Me? Why me? I guess I'm 17 so I'm not really that much younger than Brad so it wasn't unnecessary, but it felt strange, as if, he wasn't just pointing at me as a fan. He had this... glint in his eye, and I just couldn't take my eyes off him.

When shout about it came on me and Georgie were talking to a few people we knew behind us, when suddenly a shrill shriek let out of the whole crowd. I turned around and there was a hand held out, Brads hand, for Georgie.

He hadn't been looking at me, it was Georgie. Of course. She was beautiful, she would always been the one who got the nice guy. He led her up on stage and he SANG TO HER. "Any reason I get to be close to you.." She was stood on stage and she was crying, Brad wiped a tear away and smiled.

That was the last song of the night.
