(Your POV)
I walked inside my house to have nearly been knocked over by Jack and Mark. I let out a squeak as I nearly dropped the tray of Starbucks coffee and slightly glared at them but smiled, "Sorry that I didn't let you two know that I went out to get stuff. Do y'all mind getting the food out of the trunk for me?" I tried to break free but only Mark lets go and rushed outside to get the stuff.

I looked up at Jack, "I'm sorry. I wanted to do something nice for the both of you."

"It's not that, who's scent is on you?" Jack looked tensed as he pulled away from me. I sighed, "I'll talk about that when everything is brought in. I'm sure Mark would like to know as well."

I walked past him and into the kitchen to set the tray down. I picked up one of the coffee and started sipping on it as Mark walked inside with a arm full of bags.

"D-did you grabbed all of them?" My eye brows raised up in surprise when he nod, "It's nothing, where do you want me to set the bags?"

"The floor is fine. Both of you go ahead and grab your coffee, I'll put the stuff away." I said as Mark set the bags down. I grabbed a tray of meat and started to shoving it in the freezer, "So, there's something I need to tell the both of y'all."

"Yeah there's something I mean to ask you, that scent on you." Mark said as he started helping me put things away. Jack had already grabbed his coffee and sipping it.

"Yeah about that.. I was walking out of Starbucks and this guy was sitting on the hood of my car. I told him to get off so that I can go home and well.. when I was about to unlock the door he may have pinned me against my car. BUT, luckily these two girls helped me and to come find out their my fans and they even signed my splint." I showed them the spleen that had writing on it, just to brighten up the mood but I saw that the both of them has anger in their eyes.

"W-what? N-nothing bad happened, I'm fine." I sighed and went back to putting the food away till i got to the last bag that has hygiene stuff in it. I saw male body wash and shampoo was on sale so I just went ahead and got it for the boys to use.

"(Y/N), you don't get it, what happened if those girls wasn't there? Have you ever think of that? That's why I told you to never go alone with out me or Mark at your side." Jack raised his voice a little at me. Making his accent stronger which both made me melt inside but tensed at the same time. I looked at him, "I do understand Jack but I need time to myself once in a while."

"I know who the scent belongs to. Jack is right, it's to dangerous for you to go alone (Y/N). They already found you in a crowded place that easily, who knows they probably know where you live now." Mark said as he leaned up against the counter with his back and crossed his arms over his chest. I chewed my lip to see that his biceps were toned but I pried my eyes away.

"If so then what should we do? Can't always keep running away from them. At some point their going to trap us and the only thing he have left to do is either give up or fight and I know for a damn fact both of y'all don't give up." I turned my back to them and grabbed a apple out of the fridge.

I heard a sigh from Jack, "Well, there's only one thing to do and that's what your father tried to do. Minus the stabbing part."

"What do you mean?" Mark asked Jack and I tensed up more. My back to them I stared at the apple in my hand.

"(Y/N) father tried to change her into a hybrid to stop the war but failed to cause he thought of stabbing her and getting the two blood into her system would work but it nearly killed her because he stabbed her where she would lose to much blood. However, her mother told me long ago that the only way for her to change is by her drinking the blood of the creature. (Y/N) can't be bitten because of the spell that's been in the family for generations so that the witch blood line can live on." Jack explained to Mark and I slammed the apple onto the counter before walking off to the living room. Just remembering the past was getting to me and I just want to forget. I don't want to change, I can't, I will not.
