"Do you think there awake?"
"No, there so cute."
"Do you think they'd ever date?"
"I have no idea, I hope so. They'd be a cute couple."
I was subconsciously listening in on their conversation, wondering what they where talking about. I was pretending to sleep peacefully until they had started to talk. Once they stopped talking and I heard a door click I felt something tighten around my waist, and my eyes instantly shot open. I looked at my waist to see that my shirt had rolled up and my bare belly was showing, but that wasn't what surprised me. What surprised me the most was the fact that a strong arm was wrapped firmly around me, even when I tried to move out of whoever's grip it was, it would tighten. I couldn't help but register the sparks shooting up my belly from the touch, felling as if fireworks where shooting through my veins.
Once I wiggled out of the grip I looked to see that Blake was sleeping soundly next to me with a faint smile on his face. I wanted to scream at the idea of him spooning me, but ever since I met him he has looked tired, so I let him sleep. Even when I was disgusted that it was Blake that had his arm around me, I couldn't ignore what I felt.
It was somewhat magical.
I padded to the kitchen and started to make coffee, setting out enough cups for everyone. The others had left, probably to get the food so I left the coffee running as I went into my room.
My bedroom was the only room in this house that looked like I owned it. Covered in gray, white and peach colors, and the amount of pillows made it unique. My closet which was filled to the brim was overflowing with comfy jackets and hoodies. The one thing I was excited for when I moved here was that I didn't have to dress up everyday, I could wear sweats and no one would care.
After throwing on a sweatshirt that said 'lake girl' I headed back to the main living area and saw that Olivia, and Ally had come back with food followed closely behind by Adam and Cole. Blake had gotten up and was scratching his head while he stretched his limbs.
I plopped at the high top countertop in my kitchen and turned to face them. "What did you guys get?"
"McDonalds!" Cole yelled.
He tossed me a bacon egg and cheese bagel and I chowed down right away, happy that they got me what I loved.
Everyone settled at the dining room table and kitchen counter and started to inhale their food. I had just thrown away my wrapper when my phone started to ring. I quickly answered it and snuck into the next room over. "Hello?"
"Honey?"
I let out a breath of relief. Lately I've been getting mysterious calls, I would answer it and all I'd hear was breathing on the other line. "Yes mom?"
"Just checking in, how are things?"
"Good." I paused, thinking about the people in the other room and smiled at the thought. "Great actually."
"That's good to hear!" She said excitedly. "Sorry darling, I've got to go."
"That's ok mother, I understand."
She hung up the phone and I chucked mine at the other wall in anger. I might sound happy, but I was infuriated at how I could never talk to her and whenever she called me, she'd hang up as soon as possible.
A minute after my tantrum I walked out phone-less and defeated. They where all on the couch again and Ally looked up when she saw me. "Bell, are you ok?"
I nodded and sat on the floor next to the couch and joined them in watching How I Met Your Mother.
We where half way through the episode when the conversation started to flow. "So, Bella how long have you lived here?"
I paused the episode and turned to Adam. "Only a couple of months."
"Oh cool." He replied, his face turning into a facial expression as if he where deep in thought.
"Bella, your such a mystery you know that." Adam said honestly. "Why did you move to Minnesota out of all places?"
"Have you seen this view!" I laughed, jokingly pointing out the window towards the river. "It's a whole lot better than some city."
They all nodded and continued to watch the episode where Barney and the gang goes to robots versus wrestlers. Ten out of ten recommend.

I chucked my back pack down on the floor and groaned loudly as I walked into English class, which I only found out yesterday that this was a class I shared with Blake.Just peachy.
I sat down in the loner desk in the back of the class and stared blankly at the board. I thought about how I got here, the road and journey it took to get in this classroom. One I was so excited to get to, and now, one that I dreaded with all my heart. It was the one thing I was passionate about; the hate for this class.
Blake walked in moments later and sat in the desk in front of me. He turned around and gave me a toe-curling smile.
It was different seeing him look....happy for once.
"Are you going to the after party after the game in Friday?" He asked.
"Why would I? I've learned my lesson with alcohol: that I can't drink it without being a stupid bimbo."
He stifled a laugh. "Simple, don't drink."
"And." I said holding up my pointer finger to make a point. "I don't like football games."
"What? Why?"
I shrugged him off and ignored his comment as I plugged in my earbuds to drown him out. The bell rang, but the teacher didn't arrive which gave Blake an opportunity to pluck the buds out of my ears.
"I'm playing." He said, stretching out each word in an almost child like tone.
I gave him a are-you-serious look. "So?"
"So...come to support our team, Adam and Cole are in it too." He said grinning. "Plus, Ally and Olivia are going."
"Ugh, fine."
He gave me a large smile before turning around in his seat just as the teacher walked into the classroom.
