Maxs POV💙

I walk into the house and see David cooking. "Hey David" I smile. "Hey Max!" He greeted me. He realized Max looked I don't know... Happy. "Max you look" David paused. "Happy" Max looked up at David. "Shut the fuck up David" David responded "Max! Language." I rolled my eyes and walked upstairs. My phone started buzzing. "What the-" It was from an unknown number. I picked it up and saw what it said.

TheatreKid: Hey Max it's Preston!

Max: How did you get my phone number?

TheatreKid: You probably should of had a lock on your phone

While looking down at the phone I giggled.

Max: Oh

TheatreKid changed Max's name to Hesadorable

Hesadorable: really Preston?

Preston: yep!

Prestons POV💛

I looked down at my phone blushing and smiling. I fell back onto my bed still keeping the phone in my hand. I got another notification.

Hesadorable changed TheatreKids name to Hesfuckingcute

I looked at the text and smiled more.

Hesfuckingcute: Awww Maxxy

Hesadorable: Hey! I'm the one that just got called adorable

-Time Skip-

Max's POV💙
We were texting for a while. At around 1 I said bye and put my phone beside my bed. I got up and went to the bathroom and tried not to wake David up. While searching for something in a drawer I found something I cut myself with. I reached for it... 'No' I slammed the drawer and ran back to my bed crying. The only reason I used to cut is I was always scared of my parents coming back. I rolled on my side and closed my eyes. Soon enough I fell asleep while trying to get everything out of my mind.

-In the Morning-

Max's POV💙

"Ugh" I groaned and got out of bed rubbing my eyes. I had a killer headache. While putting on my blue hoodie I looked in the mirror and shrugged. 'whatever. It's not like I need to show off or dress nicely for anyone' I was blushing. Soon enough I walked downstairs and sat at the table. "Good morning Max!" David smiled and looked a lot more happier than usual. 'Daniels probably here' "Where's Daniel?" I can see David's face turn red. While rolling my eyes I say "whatever gay guy" David's face turns more red and I laugh a bit. I barely ever see Daniel though. 'I wonder when I'm going to see him aga-' Before I could finish my thought Daniel walked into the room. "Hello my Davy~" He wraps his arm around David. "I'm guessing your officially dating?" I ask. David's silent while Daniel speaks up. "Yes we are" He kisses David's cheek as his face flushes with more color. Once again I roll my eyes and finish my plate. When I get up and I'm about to walk out the door I hear David and Daniel. "Bye Max!" They then wave Me goodbye. "Bye Dad's" I say laughing at David's face as I close the door.

Prestons POV💛

"Bye gramgram!" My grandma hugs me and waves goodbye as I walk out the door. I then see Max. 'He lives that close?' I run up to him excited to see him. "Hey Max!" "Hey Pres" he responds. 'I love it when he calls me that' Then we walk on the bus and sit in the front where I like to. We talk for the 10 minute ride and head to class. Before class started Max was about to walk off with Neil. "Bye Preston" "Bye Max!" I wave to him as a blush creeps on my face. "Hey Preston!" I turn around and see Harrison and Nerris. "Hey guys!" Harrison and Nerris look at eachother and then me. "You like him don't you?" Harrison says.My face turns red. "W-what do you mean?" Nerris laughs and put her hand on my shoulder. "Max" she suddenly starts whispering. 'Well, they are my best friends. I guess I could trust them.' "Fine. Yes I do like Max" Nerris and Harrison's face light up and they smile evily. "W-wait No! Don't tell him please!" They laugh and look at eachother. Harrison whispers something in Nerris ear. Nerris nods. "We'll make an agreement" I smile. "Yes anything!" Nerris continues. "You tell him today that you like him."

My face changed from happy to scared. I practically screamed. "No I can't!" Some people started looking at me confused of why I was yelling. Harrison smirked and pretended to walk away towards Max. "Well then I'll just go and tell hi-" I quickly grabbed his arm. "Fine, Fine! I will." 'Oh no'

-After school-

Max's POV💙

I walk out of my last class for the day and go to my locker. When I started putting away my books I heard someone say my name. "Max!" I looked around and could see Preston running towards me. "Hey" He stepped towards me and I kept putting my books away. I closed my locker and looked at him. 'Why is he just staring at me?' His face turned red and he put his head behind his neck.

I put my head behind my neck and looked down at Max who was looking up at me. I could feel myself blush and I spoke softly. "I like you Max"
