"My lady." He addresses Slynaé and me. He turned to me. "Ephia, we have two suspects. Did you see the culprit?" He asked me. "No it was pitch black." He only nodded. "What shall we do with them?" He asked me. I thought. "Lock them up until further notice.

He nodded and left. "We are going to have a guard assigned to you at all times until we figure out what happened." Slynaé said to me. A maid brought in a medical kit. Slynaé put a type of gauze on my neck and put on a plant. I think it was herbs.

As she patched me up I thought about what happened. "What if I get warrior training? Then I would be able to defend myself." I told Slynaé. "Well, maybe, but tomorrow we are going to practice magic." I nodded. "I'm going to have a guard in here when you sleep. Okay?" I nodded. She kissed my forehead. She left a guard in here and left.

When I woke up, Slynaé must have sent Fern to give me my new set of clothes that my tailor made. She set them on my bed and left. The guard stayed by the door and I went in my bathroom and got dressed.

The dress was a loose dress and it was only knee length. It had Water tribe embellished all over it. It was simple yet pretty. I put it on and braided a few stops of my hair. I also noticed that the dress covered the gauze. Thanks Slynaé.

I was in the court yard when I found Slynaé by a pond. She was sitting by the edge and was making patterns in the air by using water. That were exquisite. Then she made the into a blade and threw it. The water chopped through a tree trunk.

She was about to get more water, but when she saw me she closed her fist and the water went back into the pond. She patted a spot by her and I sat next to my foster mother.

"Okay let's learn the basics and I must tell you something. Since I blessed you, you have access to the most powerful magic within the river tribe." She stated. I nodded. "You can control the whole ocean if you wanted to."

"Okay let us start." She said.
