I've been writing this for about 2 weeks, it's a bit short but I'm getting better at writing them. Enjoy:)
Much love, Lola <3
~Christine's POV~
I'm angry that Mick is forcing me to spend time with the new girl, I don't really like her if I'm honest she's too...whats the word...oh I don't even know, but I don't like her and I don't think I ever will like her. Mick and the boys are going out and leaving me and Stevie alone, if they come back to a blood bath and Stevie's body cut up in to little pieces I will not take the blame as it will be their fault for leaving us alone.
I notices Stevie walk in, she sits on the sofa and crosses her legs, she pulls out a small mirror and starts applying more lipgloss. I can't help but give her evils and think of her falling over and breaking her kneck in them stupid, platform boots...them boots are actually really nice...but I still hate her guts!
"We're going now"
Lindsey bends down and pecks Stevie on her lips and tells her he loves her and that she is beautiful, they both giggle. I wish John was like that with me, but no he's too busy telling other girls that they're beautiful and that he thinks he's fallen in love with them.
"Bye, Christine"
John bends down to kiss me, I pull back and look at him oddly, I furrow my brows.
"Erm, bye"
I stand up and place a hand on John's shoulder.
"Aren't allowed to kiss my wife?"
"Yeah, of course you are"
I kiss John, oh and what a suprise, he's being drinking. I pull away and pat him on his shoulder.
"I love you, Chris"
"Erm, I love you too..."
John shakes his head and walks out, Lindsey and Mick follow behind. I sit on a chair and look at Stevie, she looks up at me and smiles.
"Hey" she smiles widely.
"Um, hi"
I look down making sure I don't make eye contact with her. I play with my fingers and bite my inner lip. Out of the corner of my I see Stevie get up and grab a bottle of wine off the table and rumages about in the cupboards for two glasses. Once she's found them she sits back down and pours two glasses, I grab my glass and raise it slight just so I don't have to say thank you.
"So, Chris, you working on any new songs?"
"No, not really"
Stevie nods and looks at the floor.
"How are you and Lindsey?"
"We're good, how about you and John?"
"Yeah, we're good"
We both look away from eachother. Stevie gets up and grabs her purse.
"I better go get some grocerys in, I'll see you later"
"Bye" I smile at her
"Bye"
"Bitch" I mumble
Stevie turns around and looks at me.
"What did you say?"
"Oh nothing, I didn't say anything"
"Okay" She smiles and leave
I slump back in my chair and light a cigarette, thank God that's over. Worst 10 minutes of my life.
I notice a letter on the floor, Stevie must've dropped it; I lean forward from my chair and grab the letter. It's a letter from the doctors about a pregnancy test, I should probably go find her and give it to her before someone else finds it.
Don't get me wrong, I do hate her, but this is obviously something she didn't want anyone to find out and I'm not that evil. I grab my keys and head for my car.
~Stevie's POV~
Christine was actually nice to me for once, I'm not sure if it's because one of the boys told her too or she was being genuine, which ever one it was it was nice; she seems like she can be a nice person but she's too stuburn and likes to be more powerful than the other person.
I better get some beer, Lindsey will go ape shit if theres no beer in the fridge when he gets in; I don't see why he doesn't by it himself, I'm not his slave. Mine and Lindsey's relationship has been rocky for the past year or so; don't get me wrong, I love him with all my heart, but he's just too much to handle. Ever since we've joined Fleetwood Mac he's barely spent time with me, he ignores me when we're at home and he goes out til stupid o'clock in the morning; and I'm left at home to do is laundry and cook his food and clean the fucking apartment all on my own! I've got my eye on somebody else, someone who actually understands me and wouldn't be like Lindsey, but how do I leave him and tell him theres someone else when I don't even know if that person likes me back.
"Excuse me, ma'am"
I snap out of my thoughts and look at the cashier.
"That'll be $9"
I give her my money and grab the grocerys
"Thanks"
I smile and head to my car, I put the grocerys in the back, I go to get in to the car but I notice Christine leaned against her car smoking a cigarette.
"Christine?"
"You take your time, I've been here 20 minutes"
"I was looking for some decent wine, but I couldn't find any"
Christine throws her cigarette on the floor and walks over to me holding a letter out. She doesn't look at me, I take the letter out of her hand.
"You dropped it in the studio, I didn't want anyone else to find it"
"Um, thanks"
"Does Lindsey know?"
"No, I don't want to tell him and it turns out I'm not pregnant"
"What are you going to do if you are?"
"I don't know, probably get rid of it"
"Probably the best choice"
I smile saddly at her, she looks at me and gives me a sympathetic look.
"Would you mind giving me a lift home?"
"Your cars there?"
"It's out of gas, I only just made it here, that's why it's parked so oddly"
"Sure, get in"
She gets in the car. Maybe this could be the start of a wonderful friendship.
