chapter two sneeking out for a bit

A month later

Zach's pov

I carefully walked through the forest it was around 10:00 I was out past curfew. I've been so stressed with school work omega work being beaten it's hard to keep up with everything. I was in wolf form if people wernt careful they'd probably just think I was a pup. I sat near the border of the pack territory we  shared a border with the snow moon pack I looked into their territory. Mabe if I was their I'd have the ability to feel nice emotions i sat down I heard a small amount of Russelling coming from the other territory. I didn't care to Much I'm on my side their on their side I'm fine sitting were I am. A small brown wolf tumbled out of some bushes he let out a happy yip. I turned my head and no way daniel I let out a small bark the brown wolf was a little bigger than me he jumped around a little. I shifted the wolf shifted it was daniel daniel spoke "hi zach" I spoke "hey bud what's up" Daniel's eyes lit up. He spoke "oh wow no one's ever called me bud" I fake smiled at least your making someone happy. I asked  "why are you up so late?" Daniel shrugged and said "I like the night it's nice and calm" nothing about this over hyper omega seems calm. Daniel spoke "I'm a bit hyper but not always I have my moments were I'm calm and mabe want to be alone" I hummed. Me and Daniel ended up talking for a long time he took a phone out of his pocket his eyes went wide. He spoke "oh god it's 11:00 I have to go bye zach!" Daniel quickly got up he ran away. I got up and shifted i ran back to the pack house when I got up to the door I shifted and went inside. I was immediately pushed down I felt a sharp pain on both my sides I heard growling I was beaten. After many kicks and insults being thrown at me I was picked up I was pushed into the basement I almost fell down the stairs I limped over to the mattress on the floor I fell onto it I whimpered I curled up shaking I whimpered and whined everything hurt so bad you would think I'd be used to this but no I'm still a wimp. I barely got any sleep that night I was in top much pain to fall asleep and wen I did fall asleep I had a horrible nightmare.

In the morning

I heard the basement door slam opened I opened my eyes I heard one of my main abusers "get up here and make breakfest" I got up whimpering. I slowly went up the stairs almost falling I helped make breakfest I wasn't alowed to eat anything. I was forced to walk to school I was a period late I walked into gym daniel immediately came up to me. His eyes went wide I sighed oh good he's going to be worried he asked "zach are you ok?" I spoke "yea of course" he frowned. Daniel asked "zach please what happened" I sighed and said "I was out past curfew" Daniel frowned more. Daniel spoke "why would they beat you for that! Pack members shouldn't do that to other pack members no matter the rank this is cruel and way to harsh" I should be used to this. I spoke "I've been beaten worse" Daniel whimpered oh god no he's cute I spoke "so I don't get to eat alot and one time I was told not to eat lunch and I ended up eating people's sandwich crust and I was pushed down the stairs and given a black eye and broke a rib" everyone started leaving the locker room. Me and Daniel were already changed out we changed when we were talking. We went outside the coach spoke "ok today well be-" he looked at me he finished "doing a small obstacle corse" the coach had everyone line up I limped over to the line. The coach called me over I limped over to him he spoke "go sit in the bench" I spoke "m-my pack members will tell on me" the coach blew the whistle. He asked "what did you do to have this done to you?" I spoke "I was out past curfew" his eyes went wide "dear god that's it! Dear god that's way to harsh dear god in my pack if your out past curfew your not alowed any desert and heck half the time someone sneaks you desert" lucky I spoke "your in the snow moon pack" he shook his head yes. I spoke "In the sharp eye pack punishments arnt that bad...unless your a male omega" the coach frowned. He asked "how many male omegas are their?" I spoke "im the only male one I used to have a friend his name was Felix he was beaten to death" the coaches eyes went wide. I spoke "they gave me no time to morn they kept the beatings consistent I think Felix's death was the final blow on me and I broke emotionally" the coach was silent. A kid from my pack finished the course first he spoke "hey omega better start the track" the coach spoke "he's not doing the track today we need to talk" my pack member smirked and walked away when daniel finished he immediately came up to us. Daniel asked "do you want me to carry your stuff?I spoke "daniel it's fine just go to the locker room" Daniel frowned and walked away. The coach spoke "ok zach go to the locker room" I made my way to the locker room I got changed as I changed my shirt a few members poked my bad bruises daniel growled they laughed and walked away I put my shirt on. Daniel spoke "your pack is full of assholes" daniel looked mad. I spoke "I'm used to it" Daniel glared at my pack members he spoke "bunch of fuckin idiots come on" I followed daniel wow I've never seen him mad. The bell Rang as we walked out of the locker room

Lunch

I opened my lunch box all I had was half a sandwich and four crackers I ate my sandwich daniel handed me his banana. I spoke "daniel I'm not al-" Daniel spoke "zach just please eat it" I pealed it and took a bite. I looked around I saw a few pack members looking at me I sighed I'm gonna be beat again.

Pack house night

I curled up in the basement cold tired and hungry I whimpered in pain. I wasn't given food and was kicked repeatedly. I grabbed the thin blanket and covered myself I slowly feel asleep my head only filled with nightmares of Felix's death over and over again. I miss you so much.
