When worlds collide

Charlie grabbed her phone and sent a quick text to grace,

CharChar: hey grace what time are we meeting today?

Gracie: ummm,12? leaves 5 mins to get ready and go.

CharChar: smart ;)

soon after Charlie dressed in a checkered skirt and her 'I'm strange, love it' shirt. slipping on some red converse and her bold framed glasses she put in her earphones and stepped out to meet grace.

On the way she got stopped. by one of The Silver Eyed Tigers? Eden had come up to her and warned her. "Charlie. people are coming and the guys are close behind, be careful. they might take you." He ran off

'Weird' Charlie thought. But in a flash, just like she stepped on a pressure plate, The silver eyes zoomed past. Maxwell stopped in front of her signalling for the boys to carry on.

"Where you headed?" Max spoke in a hurry.

"to the park bench to see grace"

"They're coming, please for your safety let me take you." He whispered quietly to himself, "you adorable, sweet girl" 

Charlie thought for a moment, this is great! The tough nut at school is protecting a small schoolgirl he rarely spoke to. Walking together to see Grace would make her jealous. Charlie couldn't deny.

"Of course you can."

Before she could understand what was going on Charlie was swept off of her feet by the cute boy in front of her. He knew that surprised her, he didn't care. In fact, he liked the idea. With Charlie on his back he raced through a forest shortcut. The small girl didn't speak up because she knew he knows the town and all the shortcuts like his own house. 

When they got to the park bench Grace looked surprised and so did Maxwell. His boys knew where he was going.....Had this been planned?
