Tough Love ( Ben Drowned X Reader)

~EJ... Hmmm...~

Your Pov~

"Ehhh... Why is your arm around Midnight's waist?" EJ growled, glaring daggers (If he had eyes that is).

"Well because I'm dating Midnight. So that means she's MY girlfriend." Snickered Ben.

I was confused on why Ben had said "my" louder than any other word in his sentence. Looking back and forth from Ben and EJ, I saw both boys glaring daggers and growling under their breaths. I had enough of this childness act, I yanked off Ben's arm from my waist and turned on my heels walking away.

"Hey Midnight where are you going?" Ben asked trying to grab my hand, but only to have me shove my hand in my pocket. 

"You two are acting like children! Now leave me alone for awhile!" I quickly ran up the stairs. Even tho I didn't know where to go.

As I reached the top step, I let my feet wander on their own. Looking at every door, I notice where everyone's room would be. Placing my hands on the back of my head, I closed my eyes humming to myself. I felt at peace, the sound of nothing. A smile crept on my face, but soon fell as memories of my parents came to mind. My feet finally stopped at my door, f/c with a f/d (Favorite Design). Placing my hand on the cold knob, I slowly opened my door. The room was dark, and a little chilly. Stepping in my room, I turned on the lights. Seeing that my walls are f/c, with a wooden desk and dresser, nightstand, bookshelf, a small white lamp, built in bathroom, medium size closet, queen sized bed with black sheets, and a simple rocking-chair. Smiling at my nice well-kept room, I closed the door behind me. Yawning I decided to lay down for awhile.

As I was going to lay on my bed, I noticed a book on my desk. I didn't even gone through my books at all, walking over to the book. I picked it up and flipped it around, the book was about the human body. Opening the front cover of the book, there was a name printed in it.

"Why is his book in my room?" I asked myself, knowing that no one will answer me.

Taking the book, I sat in my rocking-chair. I already know about the human body, but it would be nice to re-read it. Plus I was very indeed bored. I cracked open the book and started to read the first page.

EJ's Pov~

"She doesn't deserve a little midget elf!" I shouted at Ben.

We were having an argument about how Midnight deserves better than that damn perv of a elf. We were going at each other's throats, to tell you the truth I wanted to be the one to date Midnight. She was perfect for me, unlike Nina... I hated her so much! So annoying and a damn bitch. Midnight wasn't like that, she was more like me. Love to eat humans, strong, brave and very beautiful. 

"Don't call me elf!" Ben snapped, venom lacing around his voice.

"The only reason why she's dating you is because she felt bad for you!" I chuckled, knowing I hit a nerve.

"You shouldn't have done that..." Ben started to glitch.

"Bring it on midget!" 

Ben came glitching towards me, I pulled out my scalpel from my hoodie pocket ready for an attack. Ben glitched a sword, as he got in front of me. Dodging every swing of the sword, sweat sliding down my face. He was fast ain't gonna lie about that. Now it was my turn now, when Ben wasn't paying attention, I uppercut him in the jaw. Ben flew back landing on his back, groaning in pain as blood slowly came out of his nose. I kicked him in the side twice, curling up in a ball from the pain.

"Look at you, you're too weak to fight back. Midnight deserves someone who can protect her, than to have someone to get themselves killed and her." I growled, ready to kick again I felt my leg stop.

I looked up and gulped... It was Slenderman holding my leg.

"What is going on here?!" Slender's voiced boomed.

"EJ here was teaching my hand to hand combat. And of course I lost fair and square, don't get upset Slenderman. I'm alright." Ben gasped, as very breath he took was utter pain.

Looking at Ben, I felt guilty for hurting a friend. He was taking the blame for me, so I wouldn't get hurt. Turning my head back to Slender, I could see him nodding as to believing what that midg- I mean believing what Ben had said. Next thing I knew, Slenderman took Ben to Dr. Smiley's room.

"Why take the blame? I hurt you because I wanted Midnight..." I said quietly to myself.

~Time Skip~

I was walking to my room, when I heard something. It sounded like bone cracking... As I headed to the sound of bone cracking, I stopped in front of a door that I've never wanted to back to. My old room...

"*bone cracking* Ahhhh~ That sound~" I heard from the other side, "I forgot how tensed my back got *giggles*."

The voice sounded like a females voice, but why? I slowly opened the door to only see Midnight in a weird position on the floor.

If I had my eyes back, they would wide like globes. As my scalpel fell to the floor, since I was playing with it. Midnight's head snapped towards my direction, instead of freaking out. She smiled?

"EJ... Hmmm... Hey." Midnight blushed, staying in the same position.

"What are you doing? Why is your body not breaking?!" I freaked out, as she started to undo herself.

Your Pov~

"Oh! This? I'm just popping my bones. Plus my body isn't breaking because I'm flexible." I giggled, watching EJ tilt his head to the side.

Grinning I did another move,

"How in the hell do you do that?!" EJ thru his hands in the air, shocked at my flexibility.

"Let's say a LOT of practice." I giggled, hearing my spine crack one by one. 

The cracking of bone makes me very happy and relaxed. As I slowly sat my body down, EJ sat next to me. As I was about to talk to him about what I found earlier, I felt a pair of cold lips on mine. Eyes widen, I yanked my head back to see EJ's mask up a little to where his lips were showing.

"EJ...Hmmm..." I stood up quickly, covering my lips.
