Your Pov~

"Alright one more go sweetie!" My mom hollered at me.

I got in my fight stance ready for another attack. I was already bruised and cut up. I've been training for hours a day, but never gave up. Waiting on my mom to say go. My dark blue green fox ears twitching waiting for command.

"Ready Midnight?" Mom asked hovering her hand above the red button.

"Yes mom!" I hollered back with blood rushing through my veins.

"Ok, one, two.... Three go!" She yelled pressing the button releasing my opponent. 

My opponent was a monster that dad made for my training. It was tall, thin, black ooze coming out everywhere, and with teeth and claws. It darted straight for me, I dodge it. I felt my ghoul half breaking out. My eyes turned all red with black pupils, wings one blood and the other darkness, and markings around my eyes. I darted straight at the monster, I jumped on top of the monster. I pulled out my daggers and stabbed the monster in the shoulder blade, I jump off the monster pleased to hear it whimper in pain.

It turned around staring in my eyes, with a swift movement it grabbed me by the neck choking me.

"Midnight use your dark powers NOW!" Mom yelled.

I closed my eyes and summon my dark side. Next I knew was that I felt the monster's hand let go of my neck. I open my eyes to see me but made of pure darkness. I smiled to know that my powers were getting stronger by the day. I turned to face mom and dad with the brightest smile on their face.

"Well done Midnight I'm so proud of you!" Dad said walking out of the control room and hugging me.

"Thanks dad. And oh that was the best monster you made yet." I said releasing from the hug.

"Well your father has been working on more powerful and stronger monsters for you, especially for your other power you have." Mom said.

I was happy to know that dad was working on more monsters for me, I really wanted to know how to use my other power I have. You see my other power is controlling blood. So I controll darkness and blood... cool huh? I got lost in thought about fighting the new monsters that I didn't hear my dad talking to me.

"Ok princess you can go to your room and relax. That's enough training for the day." Dad smiled.

"Really!?! Thanks dad!" I jumped up hugging him tightly.

I let go of him and ran towards my room ready to play on my Xbox. Mom bought me a new video game called 'Mortal Kombat'. I ran up the stairs as fast I could without falling flat on my face. I reached my room and turned on my Xbox and placed the game in.

~Time Skip~  

It's a good hour or so, of playing mortal kombat. Then my game started to glitch like crazy. I just passed it as my Xbox doing it. Then I started to get pissed.

"Uhhhh what the hell is going on!?!" I yelled in anger.

Then the screen went pitch black, so I just left it as is. I was thinking of what to do next, so I yelled for my mom.

"MOM!" I yelled.

"Yes Midnight?"

"Can I train some more?"

"No not today, you need to rest."

"Please I'm bored and I want to work on my blood powers before I fight dad's new monsters."

"Actually that's a good idea. Alright get ready and meet me in the training room."

"Ok."

I grabbed all my weapons and changed into a different outfit. And I headed down to the training room.

"Where is she going?" I asked myself.

I've been watching y/n for many years now, since the day she could use her powers. And I'm not stalking her, I was order to watch her for my boss. I was in her tv watching her playing, then she left to train?

"Well soon I will get you y/n." I said before leaving.
