Danvid (Camp camp)

In this AU Daniel actually is a camp counselor and a pretty normal guy also has been there for months before being pushed off a mountain and now returning back from recovering from his injuries.

-----Daniel's P.O.V-----
I could feel myself being pushed out of the ambulance as I stood up out of the wheel chair and looked at my surroundings with a sigh, I was back, I'm finally back
"Sir? Are you sure you want to be dropped off here and not at home?" I took a second of hesitation before sighing bot turning around to look at them

"I'll have no home to go back to, apart from here, so here is when I am and where I'm staying" I could see them put a hand on my shoulder before nodding and taking the wheel chair back into the ambulance and driving away. I just sighed stepping forward further into the camp, I don't know why I came back, I know the kids hate me, why else would they push me down a mountain and laugh as soon as I reached the bottom, that only person that worried was-

"Daniel?" I heard from behind me as I turned around I could see him drop his stuff as he ran over to me and hugged me softly as to not hurt me further more than I already am "Daniel, you're back, and you're okay, oh thank god" I just hugged him back with a slight chuckle

"It's nice to be back too, thanks a lot Davey, I'm glad I could come back to this place, even if it was the kids that pushed me" I just heard a little chuckle and smiled before hearing a cough as we slit apart looking down in front of us

"So you're back now, fucking great and all but I need him and I'm sure your twos little loving session can continue after" I could just feel a small blush on my face looking over at David's who's was much worse

"Mind your language" he squeaked out as I smiled slightly and Max rolled his eyes groaning and walking away gripping David so he went with him as Gwen saw me and wasted no time setting me to do an activity with the camp

*Later that day*

My favourite part of the day, the part where David sings, his voice I'd so energetic yet soothing in the slow songs that I could just listen constantly, I was cut off by a voice next to me "when you're done making googlie eyes, you might want to move your marshmallow before if catches fire" I quickly realised pulling it out and blowing on it to doubt it before sighing in relief

I put it down I'm a way that the marshmallow wasn't touching the floor "Thanks Max that was a really close one" I could just hear him grunt as David sat down back by me and put his guitar down with a smile still on his face "you look tired" 

I could just see his head land on my shoulder as he closed his eyes and joked "Yep, you might even need to carry me back to the cabin when I passout" I just chuckled as I ate my marshmallow in silence person after person leaving before it was just us "want to start gaze with me? Everyone else has left so it'll probably be boring but that's fine"

I thought for a second before nodding and lying down next to him "how boring can it be with you here, I mean come on" I smiled slightly as I could see he was smiling too and looking up at the stars, I just looked over at him since he was so caught up in the stars to notice

"There are so mamy stars, way to many to count" i could hear him sigh happily "They're beautiful aren't they?" He was so cute and I was so caught up I didn't stop what I said next

"Yeah, you really are aren't you" I could see his head turn to look at me, our eyes meeting with blush on our faces until they crept closer before our lips connected in the middle, not for a heated or testing kiss but loving and passionate

I could see as David got that panicked look in his eyes as he sat up "I am so sorry Daniel! I didn't mean to I just got-"I cut him off with the nicest thing I've ever said to anyone

Three simple words that I never say just come slipping out as I look at him smiling "I'm in love with you, you heard me, I am in love with you" I could see the shock in his eyes before he looks at me

Lovingly looking at me and talking to me "I-I love you too" we just smile as I car gully pick him up seeing him blush

I could only joke out "You were falling asleep and I thought I'd carry you" I could just see him not with a soft smile before carting him to our shared cabin

I know this is probably shittie but it's my first CampCamp one, you're lucky, this fanfic was supposed to be sad but didn't end up like that- cait 👻
