And, this Ren!
And no, they are not male nor female, they don't really have a certain gender. But Dan is a male, I guess, since he sounds like one and acts like one.
While Ren---he is a pastel boy. He likes flower crowns and pastel colors and of course, his best friend.
Anyways, let's get onto the story.

Dan is resting his feet on the couch while Ren, who spots a tiny rose petal, places it onto the wall.
"Ah, perfect!" He proudly shouts, beaming with joy.
Dan turns his head around and looks at Ren, raising an eyebrow.
"Dude, what are you doing?"
"Just gazing around the place to find my rainbow sheets of paper." Ren replies, trying not to feel guilty.
"Oh, come out come out wherever you are, rainbow!"
"Don't be silly, Ren. Sheets of papers aren't a living thing. They don't eat, drink, breathe or respond to changes." Dan says, rolling his eyes while smiling.
Ren shoots him a stink eye and dashes across the room.
"Woah woah, slow down." Dan reminds Ren, still resting on the couch. (No, he isn't a couch potato.)
Ren ignores him and finally picks up a little piece from the stack of rainbow papers.
"Ah hah! I finally found it! Best day ever!" He says, eagerly.
Silly Ren, that's what you call an achievement? Have you ever won any contest before? Dan thinks bitterly, but his face doesn't show how he really feels, for some odd reason.
"Dan, could you give me some privacy? I want to have some peace and quiet please?" Ren asks, blinking his eyelids like a little puppy begging for a treat.
"Alright, alright. I'll go. Cya later, Ren!" Dan waves him goodbye and closes the door softly, leaving Ren all alone.
Time skip brought to you by steamed potatoes.
As Ren continued to do his paper work, Dan is drawing a portrait of him and his best buddy.
"Perfect!" Dan tells himself, walking to Ren's room.
As Dan knocks on the door, he could hear music blasting from the inside.
He wondered if he was just imagining things, and unfortunately, he wasn't.
"Come in!" Ren shouts as loud as he could.
Dan walks in and looks around, eyes as wide as saucers.
"Wow, Ren, this place looks wonderful! How did you do this?" Dan asks, as happy as a lark.
"Well..." Ren explains as the soft music still blasts through the pale pink, blue walls of the room.
"And that's how I managed to do all of this! Thanks to you, buddy!" He exclaims, grinning from ear to ear.
Dan is proud and surprised, yet he still wonders what materials Ren used--even though Ren told him already a ton of times.
Dan remembers something, and hands Ren a drawing of the both of them.
Ren looks at the drawing and his eyes sparkles, jumping in joy.
Ren hugs Dan tight and whispers, "Thank you." ************************************ Wow, that was pretty awkward and cute, since the both of them are bisexual. Hey, don't ask why, please.
Anyways, I hope you enjoyed this cute story between the two of my ocs. And yes, I did make the drawings.
It was pretty long and of course tough, since I needed to think of an idea. Took me at least an hour to create all of this.
