In the courtroom,

As all settled on their seats, bhavya came and sat beside Rudy. Rudy became shocked to see bhavya.

Bhavya- Hey Rudy..long time.

Ru- (overwhelmed) Hii bhavya.

Bhavya- I am sorry Rudy. Maine tumhare saath bohot bura behave kiya.

Ru- It's ok bhavi. Tumhare jagah main hota toh bhi yahin karta.

Bhavya- Par phir bhi tumhari koi galti nahin thi.

Ru- (in mind) Lagta hai gauri di ne bhavya se baat kiya hai. Thank u gauri di.

Bhavya- Hey rudy kahan kho gaye.

Ru- H..Hna.

Bhavya- (forward her hand) So again friends.

Ru- Yeah my pleasure bhavi.

They shake their hands. Shivika were looking at them happily.

Ani- Maine kaha thaa na Shivaay gauri bohot achi hai.

Shiv- Hna anika.

Eventually the judge came and ordered to start the hearing.

Judge- Mr. Sekhawat u may proceed.

Sekhawat- (smirked) Yes ur owner.

Sekhawat looked at gauri.

Sekhawat- Toh mere pehle witness hai Miss. Gauri Malhotra.

All became shocked by hearing this. All looked at gauri who could not believe her ear, what to do with her in this case. She stood up and felt om's gaze on her. Om was looking at her in expressionless. She took off her court and went to the witness box. She saw all the oberois staring at her. She stood in witness box and took a heavy breath.

Gauri- Ji...Apko Jo puchna hai puchiye.

Sekhawat- So Miss. Gauri aapka aur Mr. Omkara Singh Oberoi ka kya rishta hai?

Gauri looked at om and om looked her back.

Gauri came out of the witness box and sat on her seat.

Sekhawat- So Ms. Ridhima kya aap Omkara aur gauri ko pehle se jaante the.

Ridhi- Of course. Hum saath saath hi toh padhte the.

Ru- (to ani) Isne aur sekhawat ne jarur kuch plan kiya hai.

Ani- Hna Rudy mujhe toh tension ho raha hai. Kahin Gauri isse affect na ho jaaye.

Bhavya- Meri Di affected hongi anika Di. Main unhe jaanti hun.

Shiv- Mujhe pata thaa ki ye jarur kuch na kuch karenge. Keep calm bhavya kuch nahin hoga.

Bhavya smiled at Shivaay.

Sekhawat- Toh Ms. Ridhima gauri aur omkara kaise dost the.

Ridhi- Woh dono pure jigri waale dost the.

Sekhawat- Dosti ke alawa aur kuch.

Om looked at gauri and he found her closed her eyes.

Om- (screaming) Just stop it.

Judge- Aap chup kijiye Mr. Oberoi. U proceed Mr. Sekhawat.

Sekhawat- Thank u ur owner. Toh Ms. Ridhima gauri aur omkara ke bich main aur kya thaa.

Ridhi- Aur kya hona hai woh dono ek dusre se pyaar karte the. In fact bohot jyaada pyaar karte the. Gauri ne toh om ko propose bhi kiya thaa par om ne reject kar diya.

All the people started to talk about them. Gauri closed her eyes as she remembered that moment and a tear escaped from her eyes.

Sekhawat- Kyun...kyun aisa kiya omkara ne.

Om- (angrily) Sach batao Ridhima.

Ridhi- Of course. Woh actually main omkara se pyaar karti thi toh Maine aur Aryan ne milkar plan banaya thaa gauri ko fasane ke liye. Maine Aryan aur gauri ka dance pics om ko dikhaya aur iss baat pe omkara gussa ho gaya aur gauri pe bohot jor se chilaya. Par baad main humen apni galti ka ehsas hua. Humne bohot galat kiya unke saath. (Fake crying) Par mujhe pata nahin thaa ki iss baat ke liye woh Aryan ka khoon kar dega.

Om- (shocked) What!!!!!!

All became shocked to hear Ridhima's accusations.

Sekhawat- Dekha ur owner aapne. Waise iss baat ko sabit karne ke liye mere pass aur ek witness hai.

Sekhawat called watch man of Singhania house to the witness box.

Sekhawat- So aapne uss raat ko omkara ko andar jaate hue dekha.

Watch man- Hna sir Maine unhe dekha woh bohot gusse main the aur bol rahe the ki woh Aryan sir ka khoon kar denge.

Sekhawat- acha aap jaa sakte hai. That's all ur owner. Omkara college main gauri se bohot pyaar  karta thaa. Aryan aur Ridhima ne unhe alag kar diya. Jab omkara ko iss baat ka pata chala toh unko gussa aaya aur gusse main unhone aryan ka khoon kar dia. Aur rahi baat Miss. Gauri ki....unhone ye case iss liye lia kyun ki woh apne pyaar ko phaasi main chadhte hue kaise dekhte. Unhone bohot koshis ki par kamyab nahin ho paaye. Ek murderer ko bhala koun bacha sakta hai.

Om looked at gauri. Gauri was standing there numbly.

Sekhawat- Ur owner ye case paani ke tarah saaf hai. Aap apna faisla sunayiye.

Judge looked towards gauri.

Judge- Miss. Gauri aapko kuch kehna hai.

Gauri just nodded in no.

Judge- Toh thik hai. Saare gawah aur saboot ko dekhke yeh adaalat Omkara Singh Oberoi ko Aryan Singhania ke murder ke ilzaam main doshi karar karti hai aur unko phaasi ki saza sunati hai.

All the people in the court room froze by the order of the judge. Omkara closed his eyes and tears escaped from his eyes.

Shiv- (collapsed on the chair) Main apne Bhai ko bacha nahin paaya.

Rudy hugged him and cried.

Ru- Bhaiyaa......O.....

Anika cried and consoled them both. Jhanvi became faint. All the family members went to home taking jhanvi.
Police took om with them. He saw gauri but gauri didn't look at him.

Eventually the court room became empty. Only gauri and bhavya were there.

Bhavya went to gauri who was standing there numbly.

Bhavya- Di...

Gauri fall on her knees on the floor and started to crying.

Gauri- Mai....main omkara ko nahin bacha paayi.....ye...yeh sab meri wajah se hua.

She was completely broken.
